A 23‐year‐old woman presented with a hyperpigmented intertriginous eruption unresponsive to topical steroids and to topical and systemic antifungals. Histopathological assessment demonstrated patchy inflammatory infiltrate at the demoepidermal junction with pigment incontinence.
