The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between positive psychological quality and college students' sense of responsibility for innovation and entrepreneurship from the perspective of positive psychology, to explore the cultivation model that can effectively improve college students' sense of responsibility for innovation and entrepreneurship, and to promote their success in entrepreneurship. In this study, a total of 1,500 college students were selected for questionnaire survey. ANOVA was used to analyze the differences of innovation and entrepreneurship responsibilities in demographic variables; factor analysis models were used to explore the factors that influence college students' sense of responsibility for innovation and entrepreneurship; and Spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between college students' positive quality and innovation and entrepreneurship. The results showed that the average scores of individual responsibility, team responsibility, and social responsibility were 3.290, 3.624, and 3.720, respectively; individual responsibility differed significantly at the grade level; group responsibilities and social responsibilities were significantly different at the grade and gender levels; the linear fitting between benevolence, super-excellence, bravery, restraint, and wisdom with team responsibilities all reached significant levels, among which the wisdom coefficient was the highest; the linear fitting between syngroup, excellence, bravery, modesty, and wisdom with social responsibility reached a significant level, among which the wisdom coefficient was the highest; the linear fitting between syngroup, excellence, bravery, modesty, and wisdom with personal responsibility reached a significant level, among which the coefficient of excellence was the highest. This indicated that positive psychological qualities such as syngroup, excellence, modesty, benevolence, superexcellence, bravery, restraint, and wisdom were the influencing factors of college students' sense of responsibility for innovation and entrepreneurship. Among them, the role of wisdom is the most noteworthy in predicting social and group responsibilities, and super-excellent is the most significant predictor for individual responsibility.
In recent years, Chinese economic development has slowed down and competition in the financial industry has become increasingly fierce. The purpose of this paper is to study the efficiency characteristics of China’s banking industry in the new environment and provide suggestions for banks to improve efficiency. This paper uses a data envelopment analysis (DEA) SBM-undesirable model and window analysis to measure the technical efficiency of 13 nationwide commercial banks in China during the period from 2008 to 2017. Furthermore, the convergence characteristics of bank technical efficiency are examined. The empirical results show that state-owned banks were more efficient than joint stock banks before 2012. After 2012, state-owned banks were less efficient than joint stock banks. Finally, this paper explores the influential factors of technical efficiency. Noninterest income ratio, net interest margin, growth rate of total investment in fixed assets, and consumer price index have a significant positive impact on bank efficiency. The cost-to-income ratio has a significant negative impact on bank efficiency. Further research using the threshold model shows that noninterest income ratio has a threshold effect on bank efficiency.
Purkinje cell protein 4 (PCP4), which shows homology to the calcium-binding β-chain, regulates the calmodulin (CaM)-dependent signaling pathway by modulating CaM-dependent protein kinase 2 (CaMKK2) activity in Purkinje cells. In this work, we demonstrate that PCP4, which plays a role in tumorigenesis, induces prostate cancer (PCa) cell proliferation and migration in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, androgen receptor (AR) regulates the expression and phosphorylation activity of CaMKK2 by inducing the transcription of PCP4 in castration-resistant PCa (CRPC). Thus, exogenous overexpression of PCP4 blocks the biological function that EPI, the inhibitor of AR, suppressed the expression and phosphorylation of CaMKK2 in hormone-sensitive LNCap cells. A clinicopathological study of PCP4 was subsequently conducted on a cohort of 51 human PCa patients, and protein and mRNA expression levels of PCP4 and CaMKK2 were positively correlated with the sensitivity of androgen-deprivation treatment (p < 0.05). Moreover, PCP4 and CaMKK2 were significantly correlated with PCa relapse. This study reveals the oncogenic activity of PCP4 in vitro and provides insights into relevant mechanisms that may lead to novel treatments for CRPC.
This article first studies the literature of P2P online loans, including online loans, credit risk factors and models, and summarizes the current status of P2P and credit risk assessment management in China. Based on the loan data of domestic P2P lending platforms, this paper conducts an empirical study on credit risk assessment. This study uses random forest importance assessment and logistic regression classification for credit risk assessment to identify loan targets with higher probability of default and improve overall loan quality. This research used 10,930 loan data, based on 26 fields, and finally selected 20 model variables to participate in credit risk quantification through feature structure and feature analysis. The final modelling test results show that the model screening accuracy rate is 73.3%, indicating that this model has a good performance in the credit risk quantification of borrowers.
