One of the challenges of technological development in Latin American cities is to achieve social inclusion and contribute to build a more sustainable and inclusive habitat for its inhabitants. To contribute to this goal, an alliance between Academy and State was established to promote an intervention in the Innovation District. The work focuses on the construction of interdisciplinary knowledge and design strategies that contribute to the common welfare. This communication outlines the workshop held in 2015 and presents some proposals of experiential education in the north of Medellin.
