Abstrak-Berbagai sistem monitoring presensi yang ada memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihan masing-masing, dan perlu untuk terus dikembangkan sehingga memudahkan dalam proses pengolahan datanya. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu sistem monitoring presensi menggunakan deteksi wajah manusia yang diintegrasikan dengan basis data menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dan library opencv. Akuisisi data citra dilakukan dengan ponsel android, kemudian citra tersebut dideteksi dan dipotong sehingga hanya didapat bagian wajah saja. Deteksi wajah menggunakan metode Haar-Cascade Classifier, kemudian ekstraksi fitur dilakukan menggunakan metode Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Hasil dari PCA diberi label sesuai dengan data manusia yang ada pada basis data. Semua citra yang telah memiliki nilai PCA dan tersimpan di basis data akan dicari kemiripannya dengan citra wajah pada proses pengujian menggunakan metoda Euclidian Distance. Pada penelitian ini basis data yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. The X-ray image is a medical examination procedure that uses electromagnetic wave radiation to get a picture of the inside of the body. However, in the process, there is noise that appears due to the exposure factor. This research builds a system to improve the X-ray image with noise by using Gaussian Filter and Histogram Equalization. In this study, in order to see the optimization of image enhancement, the two methods were combined. The data used are 60 x-ray images that have noise and each has an original image without noise as a comparison image to get system accuracy using PSNR and SSIM. Gaussian Filter method is used to reduce noise by determining the size of the kernel matrix and the standard deviation used. Histogram Equalization method is used to even out the value of the gray level of the image. Based on the test results from the combination of the two methods, the larger the size of the kernel matrix used, the faster the duration of time needed to repair the image. The PSNR value and accuracy obtained in the X-ray image repair are 31 dB and 71% on a 3x3 kernel matrix with an average time duration of 9 seconds, 32 dB and 77% on a 5x5 kernel matrix with an average duration of 9 seconds, 32 dB and 78% on a 7x7 kernel matrix with an average time duration of 8 seconds
Public service is an activity to fulfill service needs for the people. Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office is one of the institutes that perform public services. People's satisfaction with the services provided by the Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office can be measured by a satisfaction survey in order to improve service quality. The existence of various assessment elements makes it difficult for the Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office to determine people's satisfaction with services. Therefore, we need a system that can classify and determine the elements of the assessment that affect service satisfaction. In this research, the C5.0 algorithm was used to classify people's satisfaction. The assessment elements (variables) used for classification consist of suitability of services, understanding of procedures, speed of service, costs, service standards, officers' abilities, behavior of officers, facilities and infrastructure, and service complaints. This research resulted in a classification such as very good, good, and not good. The amount of data used is 250 data with training data used as much as 175 data and test data as much as 75 data. The C5.0 algorithm produces a decision tree, rules, and the ability of officers as an influential assessment element. Based on the test results obtained 90.67% accuracy, 68.085% precision, 55.89% recall, and 9.33% error rate
Direct Cash Assistance is a government assistance program that is given to underprivileged people. Assistance is distributed in the form of cash assistance sourced from village funds. In the process of distribution BLT funds, there were obstacles faced by the village, namely incomplete data on BLT recipients. Based on these constraints, a data survey of BLT recipients was carried out using predetermined variables. There are 20 variables used for BLT recipients. Based on the survey results, there was a lot of data that had something in common, making it difficult for the Sungai Dungun village to group BLT recipients. Therefore we need a system that can grouping BLT recipient data. The method used for grouping data on this system is the K-Modes method. The test uses the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) to know out whether the cluster results are good or not. Based on the results of the DBI test, there is a minimum value generated in grouping using 4 groups with a value of 1.25858. Grouping with 4 groups resulted in a very worth it group of 101 heads of households, a feasible group totaling 40 heads of households, a moderately feasible group totaling 44 heads of households, and an unfeasible group totaling 15 heads of households.
Pengelolaan aset pemerintah merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan tata kelola ruang wilayah di suatu daerah. Pengelolaan data aset menjadi suatu pertimbangan pemerintah yang harus direncanakan untuk penataan tata ruang kota. Sistem Informasi Geografis adalah solusi yang dapat memetakan data aset pemerintah dalam bentuk peta digital. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan pengelolaan aset pemerintah dalam bentuk informasi peta digital dengan teknologi Sistem informasi Geografi dan Leaflet Javascript. Leaflet Javascript merupakan Library opensource Javascript yang dapat menampilkan peta digital dalam bentuk marker atau point dan polygon. Studi kasus penelitian ini berupa data aset pemerintah yang divisualisasikan kedalam peta digital dengan bentuk point dan polygon. Pada setiap point maupun polygon memiliki informasi masing-masing aset pemerintah. Hasil analisa pengujian menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan Library Leaflet Javascript pada Sistem Informasi Geografis Aset Pemerintah memiliki nilai skor rata-rata dengan uji Sistem Usability Scale sebesar 76.71 dengan kategori baik dan penilaian skala cukup.
