Waqf is one of Islamic philanthropy that can develop the economy of ummah. Indonesia has a big waqf potential but in reality the waqf assets are unproductive. One of development action to put waqf assets to good use is by applying cash waqf. But the realization of cash waqf collection is still far from of the existing potential. It is caused by the low literacy of the public about the cash waqf, hencemost of the waqf assets is utilized as mosques, tombs and other immovable property. The aim of this research is to describe respondent characteristics and to analyze factors that affecting people’s perception on cash waqf. This research was conducted in Bandung city uses 100 respondents who ever or never give cash waqf. The data is obtained by using questioner in ordinal scale and likert. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data analyzing conducted bydoing validity test and realibility test using binary logistic regression analyzingis conducted for determining factor that influence citizen perception of cash waqf. The result shows people’s perception on cash waqf is significantly influenced by internal factor namely comprehension about cash waqf and external factor namely cash waqf convenience.
Kunci utama bagi perusahaan atau lembaga dalam menjalankan bisnisnya adalah seorang tenaga kerja yang memiliki kualifikasi yang baik. Dengan begitu maka tenaga kerja dapat dikatakan sebagai aset dan juga bagian dari perusahaan, karena berhasil tidak nya perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya tergantung pada kemampuan tenaga kerja yang memiliki integritas tinggi dan kompetitif disertai dengan perilaku yang baik. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan tenaga kerja dengan professional agar tercapat visi, misi dan tujuan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan tenaga kerja yang diterapkan selain secara umum maupun sesuai dengan perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teoritis menjelaskan mengenai seleksi dan penempatan kerja. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan tidak cukup dengan hanya keahlian saja tetapi harus diiringi dengan memiliki kepribadian yang baik sesuai dengan syariah, maka selain mendapatkan hasil yang baik bagi perusahaan akan mendapatkan keberkahan pula.
ABSTRAKTeknologi keuangan tumbuh sangat pesat khususnya di Indonesia lantaran dilatarbelakangi oleh tumbuhnya penggunaan teknologi dunia. Layanan keuangan yang didominasi oleh lembaga keuangan seperti bank kini bergeser kepada layanan teknologi berbasis keuangan. Sebagai lembaga keuangan yang tidak memiliki pangsa pasar yang besar, perbankan syariah mulai melirik fenomena ini dan mengadopsi sistem kerjasama dengan teknologi ini. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengukur seberapa efektifnya sistem kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh perbankan syariah yang bekerjasama dengan fintech sebagai perpanjangan tangan penyaluran pembiayaan. Penelitian ini merupakan peneliatian kuantitatif dengan analisis studi komparasi terhadap rasio profitabilitas dengan sampel yang diambil merupakan bank syariah yang telah bekerjasama dengan fintech, yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank BNI Syariah, dan Bank Mega Syariah. Digunakan metode Uji T Berpasangan atau Paired T-Test untuk mendapatkan komparasi perbandingan sebelum dan setelah bekerjasama pada kelompok perbandingan 2 triwulan, 4 triwulan, dan 8 triwulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada rasio ROA, ROE, dan BOPO pada rentang waktu 8 triwulan sebelum dan setelah bekerjasama dengan perusahaan fintech syariah.Kata Kunci: Fintech, Bank Syariah, Rasio Profitabilitas, Uji T Berpasangan ABSTRACTFinancial technology has grown very rapidly, especially in Indonesia because of the growing use of world technology. Financial services that are dominated by financial institutions such as banks now also shifting to financial-based technology services. As a financial institution that does not have a large market share, Islamic banking began to look at this phenomenon and some have adopted a system of collaboration with this technology. This research is intended to measure how effective the system carried out by Islamic banking in collaboration with fintech as an extension of the distribution of financing. This research is a quantitative study with comparative study of profitability ratios with samples taken from Islamic banks that have collaborated with fintech, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank Mega Syariah. Paired T-Test is used to get a comparison before and after cooperation at comparison group of 2 quarter, 4 quarter and 8 quarter. The results that there are significant differences in the ROA, ROE, and BOPO ratios in the span of 8 quarters before and after collaboration with Islamic fintech companies.Keywords: Fintech, Islamic Banking, Profitability Ratio, Paired T Test
The purpose of this research is to find out what is the influence of religiosity, product, and service on Islamic community’s interest in Garut to perform financial transaction with sharia banking. The research method used was quantitative descriptive method. The sample of this study are 100 person from community of Garut that actively do the transaction with Sharia Bank Mandiri, Sharia Bank BJB, and Bank Muamalat. The result of the study shows that simultaneously, religiosity, product, and service factors together influences the Islamic community’s interest in Garut to perform financial transactions with sharia banking. However, partially or individually just two variabels, it is religiousity and service that affect significantly while product variabel not is not affect significantly influences the Islamic community’s interest in Garut to perform transaction with sharia banking.Keywords: Sharia Banking, Religiousity, Transaction, Muslim Community
