Measurement of the efficiency of the university performance. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a data-based performance evaluation method used when multiple inputs and outputs are represented in the Decision-Making Unit (DMU) set. In DEA, when there is a value of Non-Zero Input and Output Slacks then this often means inefficiency. This scalar measure directly with the input of surplus and the output of the short decision of the decision-making unit (DMU). DEA Structure usually apply in general settings, actually DMUs can fall into distinct groups whose members experience similar circumstances. The targets of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENRISTEKDIKTI), one of which is the measurement of the efficiency based on the number of lecturers' research, the efficient use of resources. This study will group each department at the Universitas Malikussaleh using the Group Common Benchmarking approach and then provide suggestions for improvements to each group by using Slack-Based Measures.

The document data collection process is one of the administrative management processes that are still using manually for now. this is for such administrative management takes a long time so it is not effective and efficient. To overcome these problems, efforts are needed to provide knowledge about computer applications. With the existence of an information system for computerized document administration will facilitate the work properly and effectively. The problem raised in this service is how to make computer applications in management information systems administratively and computerized document data collection and can be neatly arranged for all documents. The second problem is how to implement a management information system in a directed manner so that the documents you are looking for are arranged properly. The problem so far is that the management information system data processing mostly uses a manual processing system, still uses a ledger and is stored in a cupboard. The system, of course, has many weaknesses and in terms of administration, poor presentation, sub-optimal service, and low data quality. The purpose of this service is to help manage data and finances to be more effective and efficient. So that the information from the data entered can be conveyed properly. The result of this service is an explanation of how the Computerized Document Data Collection Administration Management Information System with various features can be used to manage student, teacher, staff data in managing all files.

UD. Kilang Minyak Hidup Baru merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang  pengolahan kelapa menjadi  minyak kelapa. UD. Kilang Minyak Hidup Baru memiliki banyak stasiun kerja yaitu stasiun penyimpanan bahan baku, stasiun parutan kelapa, stasiun perebusan, stasiun pengadukan ampas masak, dan stasiun press. Objek penelitian yang diambil yaitu di stasiun  pengadukan ampas masak. Petugas yang diteliti berjumlah dua orang dengan jam kerja 8 jam perhari.  Berdasarkan observasi, postur kerja operator  termasuk dalam postur kerja berisiko namun belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil pengukuran postur kerja pengadukan ampas masak dengan menggunakan metode Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assesment (WERA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran postur kerja menggunakan metode WERA berada pada tingkat risiko medium. Tingkat risiko tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa dibutuhkan investigasi lebih lanjut dan perbaikan pada sistem kerja.

The Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standard (MODAPTS) is a medote for analyzing performance in performing work by monitoring the operator's movement in the workplace. MODAPTS will record the movement of each carrier in the workplace. This research will reveal a number of common features of MODAPTS and its applications in the packing process at the cement plant in particular to reduce the waste of working time that causes the production target is not achieved. This Cement Packing process becomes the chosen workplace because it requires manual work where there is continual movement of the body. The suggested improvement is in the form of determining movement activities, terminal activities, and Auxiliary Activities for each operator based on the standard time and the normal time available. Based on the results of this study obtained innovative solution that can be used as a safe, easy, and efficient working procedure resulting in increased work productivity.
