The work shows the relevance of the problem of countering reconnaissance and strike unmanned aircraft systems and the need to improve the scientific and methodological support of its solution according to a certain corresponding paradigm. In the work as a paradigm of countering unmanned aerial systems, it is proposed to consider a conceptual theoretical and methodological model of combating unmanned aerial vehicles, which currently provides opportunities for identifying the problems of developing forces and means of countering unmanned aerial systems. The developed paradigm of counteraction can be an element of scientific and methodological support, contributes to the solution of the problem of the complex use of forces and means of counteraction to reconnaissance and strike unmanned aircraft systems in order to acquire the capabilities of troops (forces) to perform tasks as intended in the conditions of the use of unmanned vehicles. The recognition of such a paradigm by specialists determines that their activities are based on the accepted model of countering unmanned aircraft systems, using the same rules and standards established in the industry. The generality and consistency of approaches that they provide are prerequisites for ensuring the required scientific level of a certain direction of research. The proposed approach outlines the tasks, content, components, principles of assessment of means of counteraction to unmanned aerial vehicles by contributing to the effectiveness of the system of protection of the object from reconnaissance and strike (shock) systems of the enemy, which systematizes knowledge in the subject area. problems of modern armed struggle. The prospect of further research is to clarify the mathematical calculations in accordance with the characteristics of troops (forces), military facility, protection system against reconnaissance and strike (strike) unmanned aerial vehicles of the enemy and samples of military equipment that are part of it.
The article considers iterative methods of expert assessments for research on the relevance of improving forces and means of combat (operational) support for the purpose of use of military units (units), which are planned to be equipped with new (upgraded) models of weapons. The improvement of forces and means is formally considered as changes in armaments, military equipment and documents regulating the basics of training and use of troops (forces) for their intended purpose. Such documents may be the combat statutes of the types of troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as documents of the regulatory framework for the organization of types of support and the use of military units and units - forces and means of the relevant type of support. The improvement of forces and means in terms of content is studied as a component of the acquisition of capabilities from combat (operational) support, belonging to the functional groups (integrated category) capabilities: "Protection and survivability" (PROTECT) and "Intelligence" (INTELLIGENCE). Formation of decision to improve the forces and means of combat (operational) support is considered as part of study of the relevance of changes in regulations. The expediency of the iterative approach and expert assessment of the relevance of changes in regulatory documents in accordance with the degree of work on the development and adoption of military units (units) of the equipment by type of combat (operational) support, including parallel continuous research (analysis) of the results and adjusting previous stages of work. The proposed iterative approach is improved compared to the expert method of simultaneous assessment of the need to make changes in all components of forces and means of combat (operational) support of different levels of their hierarchy: weapons, military equipment and documents of the general system of normative support of troops (forces). Recommendations for the use of the proposed approach by military authorities to increase the effectiveness of regulatory support for the use of forces and means of combat (operational) support.
The presence of a significant number of strike systems of high-precision weapons at the enemy causes an urgent need to create effective systems for the protection of infrastructural and military facilities. One of the elements of such systems can be the forces and means of radio-electronic warfare, which will allow to carry out protective actions in the electromagnetic spectrum. But in the current conditions of resource and time limitations, the involvement of electronic warfare means in such protection systems is a certain scientific and practical problem that needs to be solved, in particular, through the determination of the predicted effectiveness of their functioning in the system of object protection. The article proposes an approach according to which the actions of high-precision weapons in the process of aiming them at objects and the corresponding measures of defense systems used against them are considered antagonistic, since they are performed both with the use of transmitting and receiving radio-electronic means of high-precision weapons, and protection systems. The use of radio-electronic warfare in operations in the electromagnetic spectrum to counter high-precision weapons is being investigated as a component of operations in the electromagnetic spectrum. To conduct the research, a tactical combat episode was considered, in which the accepted assumptions and limitations do not distort the content and physical essence of the processes of radio-electronic warfare with high-precision weapons. It is proposed to evaluate radio-electronic warfare based on the probability indicator of disorganization of the high-precision weapon guidance system. It is shown that, in accordance with the accepted conditions, in the numerical definition, the indicator is limited by the probability of successful guidance, which is provided by an inertial system that does not require the organization of radio communication lines, and data transmission is carried out in the internal control loop. The proposed indicator can characterize the use of electronic warfare forces and means in defense systems against high-precision weapons, since it depends on: from the technical characteristics of samples of high-precision weapons (indirectly determines the immunity of the radio lines of their guidance systems); from the capabilities of the forces and means of radio-electronic warfare with high-precision weapons.
