Summary
Nail‐patella syndrome is a genetic condition estimated to affect approximately 1 in 50 000 people. Classically described as a tetrad of abnormal development of the nails, patellae and elbows with the presence of iliac horns. The phenotype and the number of organs involved are variable. Here we describe the successful management of a pregnant patient with nail‐patella syndrome.
