Background: Background:Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is genetically heterogeneous disease with a plethora of mutations occurring in relatively low fraction of patients. Mutations in SF3B1 and NOTCH1 genes are among the most frequent recurrent mutations found in 10-20% CLL cases. The presence of these mutations is considered as a negative prognostic factor, yet, there is no specific treatment available to achieve more prominent response.
