<p>PT X is a joint venture subsidiary of a bank in Indonesia, which is a company, engaged in<br />general insurance business. PT X is required to increase its share of the parent company by the<br />shareholders in developing its business potential. In developing the potential of the business, companies<br />need enough information to be analyzed further. Sources of information that can be used is the business<br />data of the company, both of PT X as a subsidiary and its holding company. By utilizing business data<br />in large numbers, the company will find a variety of information needed. For the business data<br />processing required a technique of data mining. In a study conducted, the implementation of the model<br />refers to the six stages of Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining or commonly known by the<br />acronym CRISP-DM. In doing data mining, the six phases of the CRISP-DM is business understanding,<br />understanding the data, the data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. At this stage of<br />deployment, the report will be made by the customer segmentation by region. The expected result is the<br />information required in the form of a new customer pipeline.</p>
The purpose of this study is to realize the legal, administrative and physical order of State Property in the State Intelligence Agency towards effective, efficient, optimal, and accountable management of State Property, as well as transparency, strategies and important steps are needed to realize change. In supporting the policy-making process related to State Property, it is necessary to fulfill basic information in the form of current and actual goods data by carrying out updates through periodic inventory of State Property.The research design and method used in this research is hypothesis testing. This research is a quantitative non-experimental, using a questionnaire given to 98 respondents. This research was conducted at the Logistics Bureau of the State Intelligence Agency. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS.3.20 software with multivariate Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method.The results of this study indicate that: Strategic Planning and Organizational Culture on Strategic Change Management are positive and significant. The influence of Strategic Change Management on Organizational Performance is positive and significant. The influence of Strategic Change Management mediating Strategic Planning and Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance is positive and significant. It means that the higher/positive mediation of Strategic Change Management on Strategic Planning and Organizational Culture, the higher/positive Organizational Performance. The theoretical implication of Strategic Change Management as mediating to Strategic Planning and Organizational Culture able to improve Organizational Performance, by improving Strategic Change Management through increasing its dimensions will be able to improve the Organizational Performance of the State Intelligence Agency.
This research aims to understand what factors will actually affect the corporate to increased profitability and corporate value, especially for the corporate which issuing syariah bonds or sukuk. In particular, the influence of Sukuk bonds funding integrated with the capital structure to the corporate financial performance and value. This research used panel data that processed by Partial Least Square (PLS) method to see the influence of Sukuk funding and capital structure on liquidity, financial performance, and corporate value. Based on this research, it found that there are significant and negative influences of Sukuk funding, to the corporate value, which leads to the conclusion that especially for investors in Indonesia, has a negative opinion and avoided investing in sukuk issuer, which is most likely due to the investor avoiding Negative impact on the corporate dividend distribution. The results of this research are expected to give a new point of view about sukuk funding in Indonesia especially for academics, investors, and government. Practically, the result of this research show that corporate need to make different action and decition between sukuk bonds and conventional financing.
