The purpose of this research is to properly resolve conflicts or problems in education through conflict management. The method used is field research (field study), namely research whose object is about symptoms or events that occur in educational institutions. The results of the study show that through conflict management, humans or a leader can face various conflicts over disputes between themselves and other people or their subordinates. Departing from these problems, this study aims to describe conflict management in education in terms of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology.
