ResumenEl papel de los medios de comunicación es esencial en la manifestación y formulación de la opinión pú blica en las sociedades democráticas. Fruto es esa significación, los medios son receptores de múltiples influencias para conseguir presencia en su contenido redaccional y opinativo. Este artículo analiza la presencia de los movimientos antisistema en los casos de España (15M) y de Estado Unidos (Occupy Wall Street) a través del análisis de los siete diarios españoles de mayor difusión y de su presencia en las redes sociales. De los resultados se desprende que el movimiento español se centró más en la acción, la movilización, una escasa profundidad analítica y las demandas políticas mientras que el movimiento es tadounidense contó con mayor información cualitativa de expertos y un aspecto centrado en las deman das de reformas económicas. AbstractThe role of mass media is essential to form and express the public opinion in the democratic societies. As the result of the significance of mass media in society is the fact that mass media are receptors of the multiple influences in an effort to achieve its presence in the journalistic content. This paper attempts to research the presence of antisistemic movements in the case of Spain (15M) and United States (Occupy Wall Street). The methodology is based on the content analysis of seven Spanish newspapers and the presence of the movements in the online social networks. As the result of the investigation, it can be con cluded that Spanish movement is mainly centered in action, mobilization and political demands, with out contributing detailed and indeep analysis of the system, whereas American movement was based on major expertise and qualitative information and on demands for economic reforms.
En la presente investigación exponemos, tras una revisión bibliográfica en profundidad las distintas teorías y modelos correspondientes a la Comunicación de Crisis; para ello realizamos una búsqueda y lectura cualitativa de libros y revistas especializadas e indizadas como Public Relations Quarterly, Public Relations Research, Journal of Public Relations y otras utilizando una serie de palabras clave y acotándolo a los resultados obtenidos en los últimos diez años, con referenciaciones, en la profundidad de la investigación, a algunas necesarias revisiones de textos anteriores. Posteriormente atacamos la biliografía resultante y la organizamos para obtener un marco completo e integrador del panorama teórico y práctico de la Comunicación de Crisis y cómo se ordena, clasifica y taxonomiza para, en las conclusiones, obtener un marco útil y práctico de uso de estos modelos además de reflexionar sobre la evolución sufrida en este campo de la Comunicación.
With the explosion of interactive resources called Web 2.0, communication has evolved in order to adapt to the present era and the transience of information within the new communication horizon that is the Internet. New audiences, that nowadays have different parameters and demands in comparison to traditional audiovisual passive audience, have required the implementation of this adaptive effort in communication. This change affects communication model in multiple ways: distribution of the information as well as the broadcasting of the major international events in the politics and protocol, which have also undergone the process of adaptation to advances in Web 2.0 technology, described by following features: interactivity, participation, proximity, practical immersion of the receiver into real time broadcasting. Three great events have affected the paradigms of broadcasting of the major events in politics and protocol. First event was the wedding of Queen Elizabeth of England in 1947, which was the first real time transmission in various countries around the world. The second was the one that managed to attract the largest global audience in real time: the wedding of Diana of Wales and Prince Charles of Wales (broadcasted on TV). The third event which is the subject of present article is the wedding of William and Catherine, in April 2011.
