The growth of sharia fintech is not proportional to the majority of the Muslim population. There are only a few studies that discuss the behavioral intentions of consumers who use sharia fintech. This study aims to identify the factors influencing Muslim's behavioral intentions in using sharia fintech. This study conducted 400 respondents in four types of sharia fintech (digital payment, lending, crowdfunding, and risk and management). This study uses a structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. Variable Planned behavior (PB), Acceptance Model (AM), Use of Technology (UT), Digital Literacy (DL), and Sharia Financial Literacy (SFL) have significant positive effects on Behavior Intention (BI). Different religious marriages we often encounter during society especially among the affluent and celebrities. This kind of marriage has been done by Muslim men married to non-Muslim women or otherwise Muslim women married to non-Muslim men. Sometimes in response we only follow the understanding of some people who greatly glorify freedom in all fields (Liberal), although it is in terms of a very private as well as religion. In a liberal sense the beliefs of religious differences in marriage are not a problem. Liberalism is a notion that requires the freedom of individuals in all fields. This study is intended to analyze the legal basis of inter-religious marriage or mixed marriage in Indonesia. This study highlighted and found that inter-religious marriage is become complicate problem when trying to determine some basic rights, including the property, child, and the others.
The umrah bureau sector in Indonesia has great business potential. The increasing number of umrah pilgrims are not accompanied by a level of literacy towards the credibility of the bureau. This raises problem in the form of umrah bureau business practices that are illegal. A lot of fraud cases has caused huge losses to the pilgrims as consumers. This study aims to reveal the factors that causes umrah bureau fraud and formulate anticipatory steps for bureau that indicated fake. The method used is narrative review by elaborating previous research, literature studies, and also supporting database of cases that validate. This research composed by 35 literatures synthesized. The characteristics of the umrah bureau which are indicated fake, including: 1) sloping prices accompanied by promos; 2) travel legality; and 3) ponzi business model. To anticipate, prospective pilgrims should not be tempted by the promos offered by bureau. Prospective pilgrims must also dig up information related to permits, track records and feedback, as well as transparency of facilities that will be provided by the bureau. Regulators must tighten supervision of the business climate through cooperation with associations of umrah organizers in the local area. That way, consumer protection for the umrah bureau will be more secure.
Types of greetings are the kinds of movements that result from the greeting process in the form of greetings to someone / another person which will have an impact on the child's motoric skills from the various greeting movements. Variety of greetings is synonymous with the diversity produced by the greeting itself, thus creating gestures similar to greetings. The kinds of greetings referred to are in the form of Assalamu'alaikum, movements of shaking hands, gestures of hugs and clapping movements. The purpose of this study was to determine children's motoric development through the application of various greetings at IT Mon Kuta Kindergarten in Lambhuk Village, Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques, namely through interviews and observations. The data analysis technique in this study is a collection of data that has been obtained from the results of children's observations that researchers have done since the beginning of each aspect of research activities, the results that have been collected are entered into the observation sheet. The results showed that the children's motoric development had started well. The motoric development of the child is done through a variety of ways, namely that the child can mimic movements and control movements. So, through various greetings activities can develop children's motoric aspects.
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan siswa mengidentifikasi unsure teks puisi masih rendah dan masih kesulitan dalam menuangkan ide dalam menulisnya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ini bertujuan untuk medekskripsikan ada Efektivitas Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Terhadap Kmemapuan Mengidentifikasi Unsur Teks Puisi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 05 Medan Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah jumlah keseluruhan siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 05 Medan ini berjumlah 90 orang dan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang yaitu sampel yang sudah diacak. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes mengidentifikasi unsur teks puisi dalam bentuk essai, peneliti menugaskan siswa untuk mengidentifikasi unsur teks puisi bedasarkan tema yang sudah ditetapkan, yaitu tanpa menggunakan Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (X), Pengaruh Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (Y). Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa ada perbedaan antara tanpa menggunakan Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dan menggunakan Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 05 Medan. Tanpa menggunakan Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition(CIRC) memiliki nilai rata-rata= 60,333 (Cukup), sedangkan dengan menggunakan Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) memiliki nilai rata-rata= 80 (Baik). Peningkatan kemampuan mengidentifikasi unsur teks puisi dapat terlihat, dalam proses belajar mengajar maupun melalui hasil karya menulis unsur puisi oleh masing-masing siswa. Pada hasil tes siswa yang telah di observasi peneliti menunjukkan adanya Efektivitas Model (CIRC) terhadap kemampuan menulis unsur-unsur puisi lebih efektif.
