The research carried out in a period of two years, in the district of Cerro Colorado starts from the possibility of incorporating the values found in permaculture towards the development of a sustainable habitat in the studied sector, with an area of 174.51 ha and a population of 197,954 inhabitants, containing this territory both urban and rural areas, which makes the proposed methodology have several interconnected layers, ranging from the social-anthropological to geography and demography, to show the superposition of territorial domains. On the other hand, territorial plans have different scales that comprise a certain range of density of inhabitants, their components being mostly dimensional, where the so-called invisible structures are not considered. The investigation had concrete results, such as the social segregation generated and the lack of protection in landscaped areas, concluding that, among other aspects, there is no support for agriculture and that there are no housing development plans.
