The study deals with the problem of the effectiveness of digital technologies use in the civic and patriotic education of students. The relevance of the identified problem in the current conditions of social development is stated. The events of recent years show how important it is to solve the problems of civic and patriotic education of young people promptly. The implementation of the tasks of forming a citizen and a patriot should be carried out at all levels of the education system. The astudy analyzes the available material on digital support of the education system such as 3D games, teletandem, podcasts, social networks, video resources, and other innovative technologies for implementing e-learning. The methods and results of an empirical study are presented to assess the level of civic and patriotic development of student personality and to analyze the possibilities of using digital technologies in this respect. The digital technologies that can be used to solve the problem are described: a systematized bank of digital tools, the control and evaluation component and the activity component. The authors analyze their electronic educational resources. Conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of the use of digital tools in the civic and patriotic education of students. It is stated that the modern approach to the civil-patriotic education of students involves the use of new technologies that meet their interests and preferences. Digital technologies have considerable didactic opportunities and their potential requires wide application in the educational process of the university.

События последних лет, происходящие во всем мире, свидетельствуют о том, насколько важно своевременно решать задачи гражданско-патриотического воспитания молодежи. И реализация задач формирования гражданина и патриота должна осуществляться на всех уровнях системы образования. Важно учитывать многонациональность нашего государства и правильно формировать гражданские и патриотические качества молодого поколения. Современный подход к гражданско-патриотическому воспитанию студентов предполагает использование новых технологий, соответствующих их интересам и предпочтениям. Следует брать во внимание все ресурсы и технологии по гражданско-патриотическому воспитанию обучающихся на современном этапе развития поликультурного общества. Цель нашего исследования – выявить наиболее эффективные ресурсы и технологии гражданско-патриотического воспитания студентов в современном поликультурном образовательном пространстве. В исследовании применялся метод анализа отечественной и зарубежной литературы, обобщение передового педагогического опыта по формированию гражданско-патриотических качеств студентов в поликультурной образовательной среде вуза; метод систематизации и ранжирования основных принципов гражданско-патриотического воспитания студентов (принцип стандартизации, принцип уместности, принцип системности, практико-ориентированный принцип и принцип дифференциации). Результаты исследования показали, что в современном обществе должны применяться разнообразные методы и приемы гражданско-патриотического воспитания молодежи в соответствии с их особенностями и устремлениями. Наряду с традиционными (Вахта Памяти, участие в митинговых мероприятиях, концертные выступления для ветеранов Великой Отечественной войны, военно-спортивные клубы и т. д.) должны использоваться и инновационные формы, средства, методы гражданско-патриотического воспитания субъектов образовательного процесса. В воспитательно-образовательном процессе вуза необходимо использовать разнообразные ресурсы и технологии по гражданско-патриотическому воспитанию студентов. Все они должны быть направлены на развитие гражданственности как интегративного качества личности и формировать уважительное отношение к традициям и культурным нормам своей страны и своего народа. And the implementation of the tasks of forming a citizen and a patriot should be carried out at all levels of the education system. It is important to take into account the multinational nature of our state and correctly form the civic and patriotic qualities of the younger generation. The modern approach to the civic and patriotic education of students involves the use of new technologies that correspond to their interests and preferences. It is necessary to take into account all the resources and technologies for civil and patriotic education of students at the present stage of development of a multicultural society. The purpose of our research is to identify the most effective resources and technologies of civic and patriotic education of students in the modern multicultural educational space. The study used the method of analysis of domestic and foreign literature, generalization of advanced pedagogical experience in the formation of civil and patriotic qualities of students in the multicultural educational environment of the university; the method of systematization and ranking of the basic principles of civil-patriotic education of students (the principle of standardization, the principle of relevance, the principle of consistency, practice-oriented principle and the principle of differentiation). The results of the study showed that in modern society a variety of methods and techniques of civic and patriotic education of young people should be applied in accordance with their characteristics and aspirations. Along with the traditional ones (memorial vigil, participation in rallies, concert performances for veterans of the Great Patriotic War, military sports clubs, etc.), innovative forms, means, methods of civil and patriotic education of subjects of the educational process should also be used. In the educational process of the university, it is necessary to use a variety of resources and technologies for the civil and patriotic education of students. All of them should be aimed at the development of citizenship as an integrative quality of personality, and form a respectful attitude to the traditions and cultural norms of their country and their people.
