The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, price and promotion on loyalty through cotumer satisfaction at Rocket Chicken Baturaja. The type of this research is Explanatory Research with data used in this study is primary data obtained using questionnaire and library research. Analysis of data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 26. While hypothesis testing using the t test, f test, correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality to satisfaction, positive and significant influence between price to satisfaction, positive and significant influence between promotion to satisfaction, positive and significant influence between service quality, price and promotion to satisfaction between service quality to loyalty, positive and significat influence between price to loyalty, positive and significant influence between promotion to loyalty, there is positive and significant influence between service quality to loyalty, there is positive and significant influence between quality of the service, price and promotion to loyalty.
ABSTRACT
The analytical method used is a quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool that uses validity and reliability tests, as well as the T test and F test. The results of this study are explaining the value of t Innovation (X1) of 3.090 is higher than the t table of 2.07387 which means that the Innovation variable has a significant influence on Business Success, and t value Entrepreneurial Creativity (X2) of 6.146 is higher than t table of 2.07387 which means that the variable Entrepreneurial Creativity has a significant influence on Business Success. Simultaneous testing (F Test) of Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity variable show an arithmetic of 75.119 which is higher than the f table of 3.44, it means that simultaneously the Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity influence signficantly on the Success of Small and Medium Enterprises in Clothing Tailors in East Baturaja Sub-District. The (R Square) which is 0.872 means that the contribution of Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity is 87.2% and the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as opportunity and HR factors.
This study was to determine the influence of training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers at Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results of this study are that simultaneously there is a significant influence between training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers at Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District. Partially the training variable (X1) influences the performance and work discipline (X2) influences the performance. The percentage of the influence of training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers in the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District was 72.3% while the remaining 27.7% was influenced or explained by other variables which are not included in this research model such as work motivation, work environment and leadership (Kasmir, 2016: 189)
This study aims to determine the effect of conflict and work stress on employee productivity at PT Indomaret Prismatama Data used secondary data. The analysis used is a classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination analysis. T test results show that conflict (X1) affects the work productivity of employees and work stress also (X2) affects the work productivity of employees (Y) employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The F test results found that work conflict and stress jointly affect the work productivity of employees (Y) at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The magnitude of the contribution of conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) of 88.5% on the ups and downs of employee work productivity (Y) while the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.
This Study aims to determine the effect of task specialization and leadershipstyle on te effectiveness of employees at PT. PLN Baturaja. The analysisused is multiple linear regression analisys, t-test, F tes and coefficientdetermination. The results of the analysis indicate that the specialization oftask and leadership styles affect the effectiveness of empoloyees at PT.PLN Baturaja either partially or simultaneously. The magnitude of thecoefficient of determination ( R ) specialization of task and influenceleadership style by 30,20 % againt t he effectiveness of employees whilethe remaining 69,80 % influenced or varied by other variables. Reseacherssuggested that companies that consestently implement task specializationof employees and improving leadership style through a brefing that theemployee is willing to improve the effectiveness of its work.
