Puskesmas are the spearhead of health services throughout Indonesia, puskesmas are at the forefront in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 because they are located in every sub-district and have a regional concept. Being at the forefront in handling COVID19 and continuing to provide other primary health services to the community is a tough task for puskesmas throughout Indonesia. In urgent situations and rapidly changing regulations regarding the handling of COVID19 and non-COVID19 patients, telemedicine application development researchers are required to work quickly and precisely according to the needs of the Puskesmas. This study discusses the development of telemedicine applications using the Agile development method, with the Scrum framework. Based on the problems above, researchers will develop telemedicine applications with several health service features, namely; COVID19 independent health checks, village doctor and midwife consultations, medicine orders, maternity services, and dental consultation services, the features in the telemedicine application were developed using the agile scrum method. Telemedicine development begins with system design analysis, UI/UX design, develop, functional testing, usability testing and launching. From the system design analysis, it produces output use case diagrams and class diagrams, according to the needs of the puskesmas business process. UI/UX design is carried out using figma tools, then application development is carried out focusing on the frontend and backend, after the application has been developed, functional testing is carried out three times and usability testing. The results of the usability test conducted on 35 respondents obtained an average score through the SUS questionnaire with a score of 79. In terms of the Acceptability Range, this application program is in the Acceptable category, while on the Grade Scale it is in Grade C position and on the Adjective Rating it is in a Good position . The results show that the telemedicine application for Pusline is good and can be accepted by users.

Abstract: One of the government's efforts to minimize the increase in the quota for hospitalization for Covid-19 patients is to implement self-isolation for asymptomatic patients with mild symptoms. The application of telemedicine is widely used for Covid-19 patients who are undergoing self-isolation. The objectives of this activity are (1) to introduce the pusline telemedicine application, (2) to socialize the responsibilities of telemedicine in implementing the pusline telemedicine application, and (3) to simulate the telemedicine pusline application. This activity lasts for 2 days. The method used is in the form of training for telemedicine officers at the Ngoresan community health care as many as 25 people. Monitoring and evaluation were carried out using a questionnaire given before and after the activity. The results of filling out the questionnaire showed an increase in participants' understanding regarding the application of telemedicine for self-isolation patients, which was 48.6%. This activity is expected to be used as a provision for telemedicine officers in carrying out their duties optimally so that they can improve the quality of life of self-isolation patients
Force and work are secondary level teaching materials. The things learned in the material consist of the understanding of force and work, calculation formulas and examples of application to everyday life. There are obstacles in the laboratory, namely the tools and experimental materials are limited so that students do not all get the freedom to learn. In designing this application using the MDLC method (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) such as drafting, making a storyboard design, making materials, uniting all objects, testing applications, and distribution. By packing force and work teaching materials, this research develops android products that are packaged with augmented reality and virtual reality technology that displays illustrations of three-dimensional (3D) virtual objects. The results of this application can be run on an Android device with a minimum specification of 2GB of memory and has a Gyroscope sensor. The results of the questionnaire given to 10 respondents who are junior high school students have the following results: Design Aspects get 23.3% Very Good and 76.7% Very Good. Information Aspect got 46.7% Very Good and 53.3% Very Good. And Navigation Aspects get 32.5% Very Good and 67.5% Very Good.
The covid-19 pandemic affects human life quality. The consultations between patients and health workers are carried out online using telemedicine to stop transmission. This research aimed to assign the effect of the Telemedicine Plus application on the Covid-19 patients’ quality of life. The study method was quasi-experimental with the pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The participants were 60 patients who were confirmed positive for Covid-19 in the Ngoresan Region, Surakarta City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There were two types of subject criteria: the intervention group, given the Telemedicine Plus application and the control group, given standard therapy. The life quality of the Covid-19 patients was rated using the Short-Form 36 (SF 36) questionnaire. Participants who applied the Telemedicine Plus application experienced an increase in average life quality scores from 39.70 to 50.93, while respondents who received a standard therapy also experienced an increase from 39.93 to 41.67. The independent t-test indicated <0.001 (<0.05) for a p-value. It points out that there is a difference in life quality between the intervention group and the control group significantly. The Telemedicine Plus application improves the Covid-19 patients’ life quality more than patients who receive standard therapy.
