All CPNS must complete basic training for civil servant candidates before becoming permanent civil servants at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. Using the Learning Management System (LMS) of learning groups (Kolabjar) of the State Administration (LAN), the Sukamandi Apparatus Training Center will provide CPNS Basic Training in 2022. The method of instruction utilized by LMS Kolabjar is blended learning. This learning process must still be assessed for improvement. This study seeks to determine whether CPNS KKP participants in 2022 will accept blended learning. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized for the evaluation of the learning approach. Based on the findings of the study, it was determined that the CPNS KKP 2022, participants favored the traditional (face-to-face) learning style, which valued the ease of interaction between participants and teachers, over online learning. This is due to the fact that with the classical learning method, the material presented by the teacher will be easier to comprehend, the participants will be more focused on learning, the teacher will deliver the material more effectively, the participants will gain direct experience, and they will be able to interact directly with both the teacher and other participants. Evaluation of learning methods in the 2022 CPNS Basic Training is important and necessary by BDA Sukamandi in order to support decisions regarding effective learning methods and enhance KKP Training Center service quality. ABSTRAKPelatihan Dasar Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) wajib diikuti oleh seluruh CPNS sebelum diangkat menjadi pegawai negeri sipil di Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP). Balai Diklat Aparatur (BDA) Sukamandi melakukan Pelatihan Dasar bagi CPNS Tahun 2022 memanfaatkan Learning Management System (LMS) Kelompok Belajar (Kolabjar) Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN) melalui. Metode pembelajaran menggunakan LMS Kolabjar dilakukan secara blended learning. Proses pembelajaran ini masih perlu dilakukan evaluasi agar menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah metode pembelajaran secara blended learning dapat diterima oleh peserta CPNS KKP Tahun 2022. Evaluasi metode pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta CPNS KKP Tahun 2022 lebih suka menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara klasikal (tatap muka) yang memprioritaskan kemudahan interaksi peserta dan pengajar dengan nilai 0,871 dari pada online learning. Hal ini disebabkan karena dengan metode pembelajaran klasikal materi yang disampaikan oleh pengajar akan lebih mudah dipahami, peserta lebih fokus belajar, pengajar menyampaikan materi lebih optimal, peserta mendapatkan pengalaman langsung, peserta dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan pengajar dan juga dengan peserta lainnya. Evaluasi metode pembelajaran pada pelatihan dasar CPNS Tahun 2022 ini, sangat penting dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh BDA Sukamandi dalam rangka mendukung keputusan untuk menentukan metode pembelajaran yang efektif, dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan sebagai Balai Pelatihan di KKP.
