This paper elaborates the principle and method of servo parameters optimization of the high-speed spindle in detail based on the structure of the CNC machine tool servo control system. Firstly, the spindle servo parameters are automatically optimized with the optimization software of the CNC system. Secondly, the servo tracking function of the CNC system is used to monitor the spindle status. Finally, the spindle servo parameters are manually optimized according to the difference between the given curve and the servo tracking curve. The results show that the optimization of spindle servo parameters can improve the spindle dynamic characteristics and the machining quality of the machine tool.
