Objective: The main issue of this work is obtained, to researching of supramolecular complexes of 20-hydroxyecdysone (20 E) with α-, β-, and γ-cyclodextrins (CD). Methods:The foundation of substance phytoecdysteroid 20 E was isolated from an ethanol extract plant Otites orae-syvaschicae Klok (OOSE). A method of the development of pharmaceutical substances was used during complexed organic relationship in the way of intense mechanical mixing 20 E with α-, β-or γ-СD. The complexation of 20 E with α-, β-, and γ-СD was studied by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) method of spectroscopy. Results:In the study of the integrated intensities molecules signals steroid guest and host CD complex stoichiometric ratio 1:1 was proved. The formation of clathrates was established after A and B nuclei ecdysterone had been arranged in the internal cavity of CD.Сonclusion: Supramolecular complexes of 20 E with α-, β-, and γ-СD were received during made works. The objects of research were analyzed and described with the help of NMR spectroscopy. The developed technology will be the main device for operating and identification of pharmaceutical substance
Objective: This work is intended to provide you with information about pharmacognosy, herbs and medicinal plants Echinops L., structured from the main issues, such as macro-morphological features of organs leaves, to the deeper and more challenging questions, pharmacognosy as the analysis of active ingredients and other substances or compounds use and healing properties. Methods: Pieces of leaves were boiled on chloral hydrate solution - water (1:1) for 5-10 minutes to enlightenment. Then, the study objects were placed on a slide in a drop of glycerol and separated into two parts with dissecting needle. The object was covered with a cover glass. The object was viewed from both sides with the microscope. First, the object was viewed with a small (×180), then at high (×720), an increase by MS-300 microscope (MICROS, Austria) on the technique of microscopic and microchemical studies of medicinal plants. Results: This manuscript is intended to provide you with information about pharmacognosy, herbs and medicinal plants Echinops L., structured from the main issues, such as macro-morphological features of organs leaves, to the deeper and more challenging questions, pharmacognosy as the analysis of active ingredients and other substances or compounds use and healing properties. Conclusion: This work is offered as a study on the biological characteristics of medicinal plants to identify diagnostic markers and signs for the standardization of herbal medicines.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
