Our conversation today will center on the key themes of the recently convened Colloquium. Our goal is to give the readers of the journal a sense of some of the important issues discussed at the meeting.We'll begin with Harry Leider. Harry, you made a presentation at the meeting and participated in one of the key tracks that dealt with an approach to managing chronic conditions. What were some of the highlights of your track?
