Academicians’ satisfaction is the key to leading the new young generation to the peak of development. Therefore, providing a flexible workplace and giving more benefits to the University teachers is a key for tackling the current issues of Afghan society. The data was collected through an online cross-sectional method via a voluntarily self-reported standardized questionnaire from 72 participants of both genders from public universities. Furthermore, the purposive sampling technique was applied for data collection. The questionnaire had three dimensions and its reliability for Job satisfaction (0.789), employees’ benefits (0.901), and workplace flexibility (0.873). The result showed that job experience did have a significant impact on employees’ benefits. Similarly, employees’ benefits did not have a significant association with job satisfaction. And working hours per week also did not have a significant correlation with job experience, job satisfaction, employees’ benefits, and workplace flexibility. However, Job satisfaction level had a positive significant correlation with workplace flexibility and it had a negative significant association with the job experience of the participants.

A systematic literature review reveals that training employees has a positive impact, reducing security incidents and fostering a culture of cybersecurity consciousness. Tailoring training for remote work enhances the organization's resilience. A holistic security strategy integrating technical measures and policies is crucial. By investing in comprehensive and ongoing cybersecurity awareness training, businesses can proactively protect assets and maintain a secure position in the digital age.
Cryptocurrencies have taken center stage in the financial sector of the globe. A cryptocurrency is a form of digital and virtual currency that is secured and encrypted by blockchain and cryptography technologies. A new type of global investment in cryptocurrencies. Even though, this new virtual decentralized has benefits and harms. A PRIMA method was applied to collect data from search engines. Data were analyzed through Atlas.ti for finding the themes to answer the objectives. The result shows six challenges via Complex and changeable activities, crimes, crypto expenses, illegal activities, the need for specialization, and others that can be controlled and hacked. Moreover, seven themes for opportunities such as cryptocurrency transactions, decentralization, new academic topics, new industry, new monetary system, new money type, and new technological control are presented.
The objective of this study is to examine the market strategy, managerial attitude, and firm capability that are significant for the export performance of fresh fruits and vegetables in Ethiopia. the study analyzed data from 85 questionnaire-based surveys of managers from medium, and large-scale fresh fruits and vegetable export companies in Ethiopia using PLS-SEM model. The model identified three significant factors and it reveals that all the relationships in the hypothesized model were significant at p < 0.05 and this shows that managerial attitude (0.00), affects export performance. The latent variables, market strategy (P=0.099), and firm capabilities (0.053) have not significantly affect the export performance of enterprises of fresh fruits and vegetable exporters in Ethiopia. these findings point to the need for business organizations and policymakers to address these export performance factors, thus improving the contribution of these firms to the economic development of countries and the result of the study completes the findings for, practice policy, and research endeavors.
Purpose – The report aims to develop a systematic literature review (SLR) on the relationship between teachers' job satisfaction and job performance in higher education during 2018-2022 through a review of 38 articles published in different journals. Design/methodology/approach – A qualitative technique for conducting SLR was used. Conceptually we try to see the relationships between Job satisfaction and job performance journals until 2022 were considered for this review. Findings – this search found that 10 out of 38 papers specifically analyze. Descriptive results of the review, this paper highlights that none of the contributions takes into account qualitative analysis of the relationship between Job satisfaction and job performance. Practical implications – this paper suggests to politicians, educational leaders, human resource managers and international stockholders who have a contribution to help the pursuit of quality education across the world. Originality/value – the study contributes to having more knowledge of the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance in the literature review.
