In this paper, we propose a method to compensate chromatic aberration by using Fourier transform principle. We adjust the size of the reconstructed images to compensate magnification chromatic aberration according to the similarity principle of Fourier transform, and adjust the center positions of the reconstructed images with the shift principle to solve the coincidence problem of the reconstructed images.
