Pasting steel plate and CFRP are two methods which are usually applied to bridge reinforcement engineering. In order to make a comprehensive evaluation of the effects of the two strengthening methods, two groups of reinforcement testing that simple supported RC beams were preloaded to cracking under the same conditions are conducted, and then reinforced by bonding steel plate or CFRP on the tensile side and increasing section area on the pressure side, to study the strengthening effects of the two methods. Then according to the technical characteristics and contrast test research results, by using the basic ideas of analytic hierarchy process, establishing two levels comprehensive appraisal index system, to evaluate the strengthening effect of the two strengthening methods, the evaluation results show that the performance of pasting steel plate comprehensive is better.
Equipment maintenance support simulation experiment (EMSSE) is a method of studying maintenance support problem about decision-making about uncertain support scheme alternatives. Aiming at the character of complexity and uncertainty on the warship equipment maintenance support system, a type of structure applied to the warship equipment maintenance support simulation system was brought forward to support EMSSE based on the functional demand of system, and the interface layer, running-time layer, and data layer were analyzed in detail , and the executing process was designed. Finally, a warship maintenance support simulation system (WMSSS) which was developed and realized based on system design, which was used to make an experiment. The result of simulation experiment validates that WMSSS is feasible and reasonable to supply uncertain decision assistance for warship maintenance equipment support.

The spare part logistic support is a interactional course supporting the complex and dynamic warship maintenance by organizing different echelon logistic network including maintenance units, storehouse, transport unit, and so on. Based on the analysis of complex logistic support simulation system on warship spare part, the UML model of system design was built up to provide a common modeling method for the development of simulation system, which includes the use-case diagram, the entity collaboration diagram, class diagram, state diagram and interaction sequence diagram. According to the designed UML models, it has better effect on warship maintenance that the logistic support simulation system on anti-mine warship spare part was designed and realized based on HLA technique..
