Sistem pendaftaran online adalah sebuah sistem dimana pasien melakukan pendaftaran untuk mendapatkan pemeriksaan dari fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Saat ini beberapa rumah sakit milik pemerintah sudah menerapkan sistem pendaftaran online guna mempermudah proses pendaftaran pasien. Technology Acceptance Model merupakan sebuah model untuk mengukur faktor yang mempengaruhi diterimanya suatu sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran penerimaan pasien terhadap pendaftaran online serta kendala yang terjadi saat menggunakan pendaftaran online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian crossectional. Dari hasil penelitian yang melibatkan 106 responden 48% diantaranya menyatakan sudah menggunakan sistem pendaftaran online. Karakteristik pasien di RSUP Fatmawati mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan (69,81%), umur rata-rata 36 tahun, pendidikan terakhir kebanyakan berpendidikan SMA (59,4%), berstatus menikah (84%), pekerjaan terbanyak yaitu Ibu rumah tangga (31,1%), suku terbanyak yaitu jawa (33%). Pendapatan rata-rata keluarga >UMR (69%). factor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pasien terhadap sistem pendaftaran online di RSUP Fatmawati adalah faktor Perceived Ease of Use (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan), Behavioral Intention to Use (niat perilaku). Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pasien pada sistem pendaftaran online adalah faktor Behavioral Intention to Use/niat perilaku.. Disarankan RSUP Fatmawati untuk lebih menyosialisasikan cara menggunakan pendaftaran online kepada pasien/masyarakat. Selain itu diharapkan sistem tidak hanya dibuat di android, tapi juga di iOS agar jangkauannya lebih luas, dan diharapkan tersedianya informasi terkait batasan pasien di poliklinik.
In evaluating the implementation of the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) at the puskesmas, it is expected to be able to minimize the accumulation of patients the health service procedures at the puskesmas and also to foster more enthusiasm for the officers at the puskesmas so that services become more effective. So it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the health center management information system (SIMPUS). Objective: evaluate the implementation of the puskesmas management information system (SIMPUS) to find out what methods are used in evaluating the implementation of the puskesmas management information system (SIMPUS). This study uses the google scholar database in computing a literature review search by using the keyword search for this research journal, namely ” Evaluation of applications (SIMPUS) at the puskesmas. Research results in it can be seen that the most dominant SIMPUS evaluation used is Hot-fit while the least is the cloud-based methods in evaluating the implementation of the puskesmas management information system (SIMPUS). The puskesmas management evaluation information system (SIMPUS) has several methods in implementing the SIMPUS evaluation, namely, web-based, hot-fit, and cloud-based.
The hospital is one of the health care facilities with various services helping people who have health probems. Medical record is a file that contains records and data related to patient identity, examination results, treatment history that has been given, other actions and services that have been carried out to patients. This study aimed to describe the completeness of filling the initial polyclinic assessment form. The methode of this study was descriptive analysis. The population of this study were the initial assessment of the physiotherapy clinic 312 medical records, surgery poly 177 medical records, and internal medicine clinic 457 medical records. And the sample of this research is 91 medical records. The results showed that from 91 medical records, 70 (77%) of forms is complete and 21 (23%) of forms is incomplete, which consisted of complete patient identification 80 (88%) and incomplete 11 (12%), completeness of important reports/notes 54 (59%) and incomplete 37 (41%), completeness of author authentication 73 (80%) and incomplete 18 (20%), and completeness of good records 72 (79%) and incomplete 19 ( 21%).
COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 causes respiratory tract infections ranging from the common cold to serious illnesses such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). This study aim is to determine the characteristics of patients with positive cases of COVID-19 at the Matraman District Health Center. The characteristics data that collected as a variable are symptoms, age, gender and residence. This research uses a descriptive analysis research method with a quantitative approach. There are 495 data collected from epidemiological investigation forms. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with a checklist sheet collecting data method. Based on the results of data collection and analysis the majority of symptoms characteristic found in this research this positive case of COVID-19 researches at the Matraman District Health Center, the major characteristics of symptoms in COVID-19 patients are patients with mild symptoms (59%); 31-45 years old are the majority of patients (29%), woman is the majority of gender characteristic (62%), and most of the cases founded in the Pisangan Baru district. It is to be expected that health services can provided education to every community regarding health protocols especially for a group at risk to prevent and slowing down the rate of virus transmission in the Matraman area.Keywords: COVID-19, characteristics of positive patients, epidemiology AbstrakCOVID-19 adalah adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernapasan akut coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Data yang digunakan adalah formulir penyelidikan epidemiologi sebanyak 495 formulir. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah simpel random sampling dengan menggunakan lembar checklist. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan dan danalisis data didapatkan hasil yaitu karakteristik gejala pada pasien COVID-19 pada penelitian ini adalah gejala ringan (59%); umur 31-45 tahun adalah mayoritas penderita covid 19 (29%), jenis kelamin mayoritas adalah perempuan (62%) dan mayoritas kasus terjadi di daerah Pisangan Baru (35%) Pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi kepada setiap masyarakat terkait tentang protokol kesehatan kepada kelompok-kelompok yang berisiko untuk pencegahan dan memperlambat laju transmisi virus di wilayah Matraman.Kata Kunci: Covid-19, karakteristik pasien positif, epidemiologi
Health services, especially in hospitals, are now increasingly required to provide excellent service to patients. One of easy way for patients to get information about services is to ask someone who has received the same service before. This is called word of mouth (WOM). This research was conducted using the literature review method. The data was synthesized by comparing 5 literatures that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The database sources were Google scholar and PubMed. Data is processed and presented in tabulated form. From 5 literatures that have been reviewed, there were 4 articles stating that there was a significant relationship between patient satisfaction and WOM on health services. The smallest significance number is =0.000, and the largest coefficient value is 0.533, which means that the increasing of patient satisfaction unit will cause a change in WOM to health services by 53.3%. There is only 1 article that finds that there is no relationship between patient satisfaction and WOM with a value of 0.117. There is a significant relationship between patient satisfaction and WOM on health services. Health services such as hospitals should pay attention to patient satisfaction, because it greatly affects the image of the hospital in customer’s point of view.
