This research aims to determine the similarities in groups of people to build a film recommender system for users. Users often have difficulty in finding suitable movies due to the increasing amount of movie information. The recommender system is very useful for helping customers choose a preferred movie with the existing features. In this study, the recommender system development is established by using several algorithms to obtain groupings, such as the K-Means algorithm, birch algorithm, mini-batch K-Means algorithm, mean-shift algorithm, affinity propagation algorithm, agglomerative clustering algorithm, and spectral clustering algorithm. We propose methods optimizing K so that each cluster may not significantly increase variance. We are limited to using groupings based on Genre and Tags for movies. This research can discover better methods for evaluating clustering algorithms. To verify the quality of the recommender system, we adopted the mean square error (MSE), such as the Dunn Matrix and Cluster Validity Indices, and social network analysis (SNA), such as Degree Centrality, Closeness Centrality, and Betweenness Centrality. We also used average similarity, computational time, association rule with Apriori algorithm, and clustering performance evaluation as evaluation measures to compare method performance of recommender systems using Silhouette Coefficient, Calinski-Harabaz Index, and Davies–Bouldin Index.

Len Industries (Persero) experienced problems related to Accounts Payable in the accounting department as incompatibility and delays in the processing of data and information that flows every day from other parts related to Accounts Payable section and otherwise. This is caused by the information system on PT. Len Industries (Persero) has not integrated with one to another and still done with simple technology and recording manually. Therefore, has been designed of an ERP information system that supports the activities of recorded Accounts Payable(AP) module at PT.Len Industries (Persero). Design of the system is used the method of ASAP (Accelarated SAP). By using this method, the authors conducted an analysis of the business processes that are running on the company and analysis of business processes in SAP ERP application. Then based on the results of the gap/fit analysis, will performed design proposal and design of business processes to SAP applications that have been compared to the needs of the company. The results from this study is an SAP Accounts Payable system that has been design and integrated with the company needs can be easier for companies to conduct cross-section of the existing Accounting. Keywords— ERP, Accounts Payable, Accounting, SAP, ASAP
Abstract—There are so many graduated people from university, and it affect to the number of unemployment who are educated and have specific knowledge in some field. Actually, the knowledge can give benefit for them. In the other side, in our new education curriculum, students have to learn much by their self. Teacher only need to monitoring them. They do not teach at all. Students usually search their courses from the internet which are not valid at all because it usually opini from the author. Because of that, educated people is really important to support education in informal learning. In this paper authors try to make an innovation of website which can be used to confront educated unemployment with students to share and learn a specific knowledge. By using website (such as common website for marketplace), both of unemployment and student can get benefit, such as knowledge and skill for students, and also profit/income for unemployment. This informal learning process will be held either online or offline, which unemployment as a teacher and students meet to do learning process. They can directly make a conversation regarding the courses using voice or text as well. While monitor will show blank space to write something related to the courses. This website hopefully will give benefit for all entity who involve to the business process, such as payment form the student for teacher; and profit from profit sharing with the teacher, promotion in the website, and sponsor of the website for the service provider.
