Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru-guru SMA Darul Ilmi Murni bahwa untuk menjadi wirausaha di era teknologi ini sangat mudah dan gampang. Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam perkembangan bisnis semakin pesat. Tentu saja, hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya persaingan bisnis, pendidikan, industri dan UMKM. Namun demikian, luaran yang diperoleh belum mengarah pada peningkatan kemampuan dalam berwirausaha khusus kepada guru-guru yang ada di Darul Ilmi Murni. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi pada guru-guru SMA Darul Ilmi Murni. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari guru-guru dan beberapa siswa sekolah SMA Darul Ilmi Murni. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 8 karakter yang berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan technopreneur yang dikaji. Karakter wirausaha tersebut meliputi optimalisasi teknologi dan informasi, implementasi keilmuan, percaya diri, berorientasi hasil, pengambilan resiko, kepemimpinan, orisinalitas produk, dan berorientasi masa depan.

Indonesia’s Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education founded the Student Creativity Program (abbreviated as PKM) to help Indonesian students better understand, develop, and apply the science and technology they learn in class. Public and private university students alike can participate in this important event. Once a proposal has been submitted and reviewed at each institution, the activity moves on to the national level. Students at colleges and universities have the power to select the best proposals to ensure that the best ideas get funded. The choice is made by the research and community service institution (abbreviated as LPPM). LPPM uses qualified reviewers in their respective fields to do the selection. After that, the papers are ranked according to the PKM guidebook’s evaluation components, which are listed in the review findings. A comparison method is essential to evaluate proposals because subjective evaluation is severely discouraged. PKM proposal selection will be examined utilizing decision support system methodologies in this study. The problem was solved using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) approach. Title, Abstract, Preliminary; Destination; Method; Discussion Result; Conclusion; and Bibliography comprise the eight components of the assessment criteria based on 21 samples of PKM proposals. The ARAS technique calculates that nine suggestions are deserving of national selection, with a Ki value ranging from 0.97534518 to 0.70813085.

Generally, humans can work properly and achieve optimal results when supported by good environmental conditions. The effect associated with the inconvenience of the working environment can be experienced over a prolonged period. Therefore, this study aims to determine the ergonomic working design model in reducing fatigue due to Air Traffic Control (ATC) at Kuala Namu Airport, Deli Serdang – Medan, Indonesia. This is because it is necessary to consider the physical condition or health conditions of controllers to enable the company to extend its services' life and profitability. Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) is the research method used to investigate upper limb disorders. RULA was developed as a method to detect posture, which is a risk factor. This method is designed to assess workers and determine the musculoskeletal loads likely to disrupt upper limbs. Under such conditions, the management is advised to develop 'open management' based on political will, which involves operators in every step of the improvement, because they have adequate ideas of the problems at hand. Participation in ergonomics enables employees with their supervisors and managers to apply adequate knowledge in their workplace to enhance working environment conditions.

The development of SMEs in the Medan city area is growing along with the significant development of information technology (IT). The increasingly important use of IT in SMEs will increase productivity, marketing, and efficiency. This study will measure the success rate in the applicationi of IT which is used to explore the success rate of IT applications and to examinei the factors that influence its implementation in addition to the index value established by the threshold. Software for partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) will be used to process the data. The model used is the integration of the Delone & McLean successi modeli with the adoption of an e-business model. The stakeholders of Small and Medium Enterprises were the focus of the survey in the city of Medan, which was conducted using interview techniques and questionnaires with responses (n = 212). Interviews and surveys were performed with decision-makers in SMEs companies so that the data obtained would provide accurate results. The results showed that most respondents (96.7%) answered that they were willing to interview and fill out the questionnaire. Experience using IT over five years 24.53% between 4-5 years as much as 27.83%. Meanwhile, from the ability level, only 22.64% cannot use IT. Six reject indicators and four hypotheses were rejected from the measurement and structural tests in PLS-SEM.

Mahasiswa program studi kewirausahaan adalah salah satu program studi yang diminati oleh calon mahasiswa di Universitas Battuta, dan mahasiswa di program studi ini banyak yang sambil kerja, wirausaha, seperti jualan, menjahit, kerajinan, buka konter pulsa, minuman boba dan bahkan ada yang jualan tiket pesawat, berdasarkan hal demikianlah tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat membuat suatu kegiatan guna menunjang dan memberikan wawasan serta pengetahuan dibidang pemasaran online atau pemasaran digital. Diketahui bahwa usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa memerlukan pengembangan dalam usaha dengan menggunakan teknologi agar dapat bersaing dengan usaha-usaha baru yang berasal dari luar kota dan dalam kota bahkan pendatang. Kondisi pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah saat ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa kewirausahaan benar-benar ada potensi untuk menjadi pengusaha dimasa yang akan datang, hanya saja terkadang teknik marketing mereka masih menggunakan teknologi sederhana dalam pemasaran, yaitu menggunakan smartphone dan didominasi dengan media whatsupp, facebook, instagram dan sosial media lainnya. Bahkan, masih banyak usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa secara offline tanpa bantuan teknologi. Dengan demikian, upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam berbisnis online atau digital marketing perlu dibuat suatu pelatihan penggunaan teknologi dalam pemasaran produk. Diharapkan nanti hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa program studi kewirausahaan sangat menyambut positif pada kegiatan ini, dan dapat memberikan manfaat dan inspirasi, sehingga mahasiswa kewirausahaan memiliki rencana tindak lanjut untuk menjalankan usaha secara online dan marketing berbasis digital.
