Spanyol merupakan titik barat paling ujung yang ditaklukkan umat Islam, selain itu Spanyol merupakan representasi dari peradaban dunia Barat. Sehingga penaklukannya memiliki level kultural tersendiri. Tulisan ini menjadi lebih penting bahwa ternyata peradaban Islam di Spanyol banyak menghasilkan pencapaian sosial budaya serta kemajuan di bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang sampai hari ini menjadi refrensi peradaban. Betapapun sesungguhnya sejarah juga mencatat bahwa Islam di Spanyol berakhir dengan tragis, bahkan hampir seperti tidak menyisakan apa-apa. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis pustaka, rangkaian paragraf berikut ini akan menguraikan pembahasan pada Dinasti Umayyah di Andalusia, perkembangan peradaban serta kebudayaan Islam yang terjadi di Spanyol, serta kejatuhan dan sebabsebab berakhirnya pemerintahan Islam di sana.
Nowadays, One of aspect of islamic education that get the more attention and evolve is tasawuf. The thought of suifsm actually is not only followed by muslims in east region, but it also gets the best place in west region. Eventhough, many historians accused that tasawuf became the most responsible factor and became the cause of decline of islamic civilization , moreover it also becames vacum of all those. Actually tasawuf has carried out the important rule in muslims life generally and islamic education especially. This research was conducted by using descriptive analysis, those paragpraph will elaborate the development of Gnosisme in Islamic thought, figure and its monumental creation, also its influence toward islamic education's though.
<p>Al-Azhar is one of the institution's pride the Islamic Ummah. History has recorded how the existence of Al-Azhar of the early Fatimid Dynasty to this day holds a great story very interesting. Not only that, Al-Azhar also contribute on the development of civilization and Islamic intellectuals. Many scientists the great scientists who were born from there. One thing that is not less important is that it turns out that the existing educational system in Al-Azhar turned out at the adoption by the institutions which exist in Western countries. Therefore, this paper will try to uncover the historical return of Al-Azhar during the Fatimid Dynasty, history of the establishment, and the factors that affect the educational system.</p>
Al-Ittihadiyah is one of the largest and oldest Islamic organizations in Indonesia. Born on January 27, 1935 ago, Al-Ittihadiyah played an important role in the movement of Muslims, both in education, social, da'wah, and politics. Using a qualitatively descriptive approach as well as referring to primary literartur, this paper aims to determine the modernization of Islamic education at AL-Ittihadiyah educational institutions which include objectives, curriculum and education methods Al-Ittihadiyah. In addition, this paper also explains how the role of Al-Ittihadiyah in social, political, economic and religious fields. The results showed that the education institution presence of Al-Ittihadiyah is very influential in the community, it is shown from the many educational institutions Al-Ittihadiyah ranging from public schools, Madrasah, to the college Scattered throughout the archipelago that has produced many alumni and each of them has been instrumental in the midst of society
This research is a library study using descriptive analysis. The study aims to find out the education of Islamic minority Muslim cases of European countries. The results showed that the Muslim growth pattern of 20-21 century was through the immigration of Muslims to the minority countries is due to the prolonged conflict in their home country. In addition, the most prominent cause of Muslim propagation is the more promising economic factors in European countries. The patterns of minority Muslim education are to maximize the functioning of the mosque as an Islamic educational institution, establishing the majelis taklim and Madrasah. As for the opportunities of Muslims in the minority area is a strong encouragement and motivation to get out of pressure. While the obstacle is the orientation of education is less obvious, human resources (SDM) are not adequate.
