has become an important note for the revolution of human civilization, various speculations that discuss the negative impact more intensively than the positive impact of this problem (a case study of a private university in West Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara). The use and utilization of technology is an alternative way for a private higher education institution to respond to the government's prohibition of conducting face-to-face lectures with online learning. After this rule was implemented, problems began to arrive on the part of students regarding the effectiveness of online learning with the constraints of inadequate network technology in their area. Using social media as an effective learning tool during a pandemic is an easy alternative to implement. Research on students and teaching staff can affect the effectiveness of online learning. Bloom's Taxonomy Learning Theory is used to identify the skills of students starting from a low level with three domains of intellectual ability, namely. Cognitive, Affective, Psychomotor. Social media is a means of proving the effectiveness of online learning applied to students, by conducting research and development on thinking skills in the teaching and learning process to produce students who are competent in their fields.

Risk management in business strategic based on the survey that has been done by UKM  Ebjed Kaos Factory, Bantul (Yogyakarta) by doing interview directly toward one of the supervisor of the factory which  states that the risk in business can affect the part of benefit from the result of their production, it is because in the last few years the results of the expected profits was in fact not stable by applying the strategy, it needs strategy with  a frameworks in their ERP system, so that every process of production that has done can have information data which is programmed, analyzed and compared to the risk level of the previous production. All the information data based on their sample of logistic experience in the last few years with an interview approaches model towards 2 from 16 employees, 1 chief inventory staff and the main leader of their UKM factory. The results of this approach Provides almost 80% information that the author needs. Then the author designs and implements a strategy that can generate relevant Information data for the framework of risk management of every logistic area of their UKM. In conclusion, when they’re consider with an efficient strategy, it will surely make a profit for t if every risk faced can be designed and implemented well.

Era zaman digital saat ini, internet telah menjadi sebuah kebutuhan sehari-hari, yang memberikan kemudahan terhadap pengguna untuk melakukan aktivitas transmisi file, namun demikian data tersebut membutuhkan proteksi dari tangan yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Dalam penelitian ini di ajukan sebuah metode digital watermarking dalam melakukan perlindungan terhadap motif batik. Adapun algoritma yang diterapkan yaitu Hybrid Singular Value Decomposition dengan Discrete Wavelete Transform, setelah dilakukan experimen penerapan Hybrid Image Watermarking DWT dengan SVD nilai alpha dapat mempengaruhi tingkat imperceptibility terhadap citra watermarked, karena nilai alpha menunjukkan tingkat ketampakan (visible) watermark pada cover image. Semakin rendah nilai alpha maka tingkat ketampakan watermark semakin berkurang dan tingkat imperceptibility semakin tinggi. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan dengan object motif batik ditemukan nilai alpha terbaik yaitu nilai alpha 0.01, karena mendapatkan nilai PSNR tertinggi dari yang lainnya, sedangkan Berdasarkan pengujian tingkat robustness metode Hybrid Image Watermarking DWT-SVD pada subband LL memiliki tingkat ketahanan yang cukup tinggi terhadap upaya menghilangkan watermark yang menjadi identitas kepemilikan sah terhadap suatu citra digital selama citra watermarked tidak direkayasa dengan serangan noise.

Background: Various company resources involved in the business become a common commodity that must be used the distinguished is how the management needs manage its information system. Risk Management is one of the arts and sciences in identifying, analyzing, and responding to every risk throughout the product lifecycle.Objective: to investigate the effects of risk management on the performance of the company so they have competitive advantage to maintain their market profits.Methods: We identified and analyzed the weaknesses of one of the Fishing Companies (Pt. Nusantara Fisheries) located in Eastern Indonesia (Ambon) the capital of Maluku province. The approach was carried out by interviewing the highest chair (Branch Head), then 2 administrative and information systems staff, 6 raw material processing company technicians, 4 agents and 16 suppliers from 4 different vessels. The questionnaire was used to find out how important the risk management in the logistics and supply chain so that it found out the risks that were affecting their performance.Results: The results of this approach provided almost 90% of the information needed to analyze the response of this company in the Supply Chain Management conceptual strategy because it had a positive impact on selection, determined the scope of the company, developed a realistic schedule and estimated the right target costs in involving team members to determine strengths and weaknesses in the Supply Chain Process.Conclusion: the companies were able to minimize business failures and the strategy had positive impact.
