ABSTRAK Di Ciajur tepatnya pada tanggal 21 November 2022 terjadi gempa bumi yang menimbulkan adanya keusakan fasilitas umum maupun rumah tinggal warga yang pada akhirnya menuntut warga untuk tinggal di tenda pengungsian. Kondisi tenda darurat, kesulitan air bersih dan fasilitas MCK yang terbatas berpotensi mengakibatkan munculnya beberapa permasalahan kesehatan seperti alergi dan gatal-gatal. Kegiatan penyuluhan tentang PHBS di lokasi pengungsian dilaksanakan untuk memberikan edukasi sebagai bentuk pencegahan terserang penyakit. Penyuluhan dilaksanakan dengan mendatangi langsung tenda pengungsian, ceramah dengan bantuan media leaflet. Penyuluhan yang telah dilaksanakan memberikan informasi tentang 5 poin penting tentang PHBS di lokasi darurat sesuai dengan Pedoman Promosi Kesehatan pada Situasi Darurat dari Kementrian Kesehatan. Lima poin penting tersebut antara lain tentang pemberian ASI, bijak menggunakan air bersih, buang air kecil atau besar, serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan demonstrasi cara mencuci tangan dengan menggunakan sabun. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan pengungsi akan pentingnya menerapkan PHBS di lokasi pengungsian supaya mengindari beragam penyakit baik yang tidak menular hingga menular. Kata Kunci: Gempa Bumi, Pengungsian, PHBS ABSTRACT In Ciajur, on November 21, 2022, there was an earthquake that caused damage to public facilities and residents' homes which, in the end, required residents to live in evacuation tents. The condition of emergency tents, the difficulty of clean water, and limited toilet facilities can cause several health problems, such as allergies and itching. Counseling activities about PHBS in evacuation sites are carried out to provide education as a form of disease prevention. Counseling was carried out by visiting the evacuation tents directly and lectures with the help of leaflets. The counseling that has been carried out provides information about 5 crucial points about PHBS in emergency locations according to the Guidelines for Health Promotion in Emergency Situations from the Ministry of Health. The five essential points include breastfeeding, demonstrating how to urinate or defecate wisely, using clean water wisely and disposing of trash in its place, and washing hands with soap. The counseling conducted increased the awareness and knowledge of refugees about the importance of implementing PHBS in evacuation sites to avoid various diseases, both non-communicable and contagious. ABSTRAK Gempa Bumi berkekuatan 5,6 Skala Ritcher yang melanda Cianjur pada tanggal 21 November 2022 menimbulkan korban jiwa serta menimbulkan kerusakan fasilitas publik maupun pribadi. Dampak fisik maupun psikis yang dialami oleh korban gempa Cianjur membutuhkan uluran tangan kemanusiaan dari semua pihak termasuk Sivitas Akademika Poltekkes TNI AU Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menampung Donasi dan menyalurkan bantuan tersebut kepada korban Gempa Cianjur dengan harapan dapat meringankan beban para korban. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi dalam empat tahapan yang terdiri dari perencanaan dan penggalangan dana yang dilaksanakan pada tgl 2-9 Desember 2022, pembelian kebutuhan donasi, tahapan pendistribusian bantuan secara langsung, serta tahapan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penggalangan dana, dilakukan pembelian beberapa item yang terdiri dari peralatan mandi, diapers, pakain dalam serta obat - obatan. Kegiatan penyaluran bantuan dilaksanakan pada kamis, 15 Desember 2022 di desa padaluyuh RT 04 RW 06 kampung balandingan dengan sasaran 148 KK serta desa talaga Kecamatan Cugenang kota Cianjur dengan sasaran 45 KK. Pemilihan lokasi dan daftar kebutuhan para korban diperoleh berdasarkan informasi langsung dari Satgas Kopasgat TNI Angkatan Udara yang bertugas di lokasi pengungsian. Donasi dan penyaluran bantuan yang dilakukan secara langsung sudah dilakukan dengan tepat sasaran dan sesuai kebutuhan para korban gempa bumi cianjur. Kata Kunci: Gempa Bumi, Cianjur, Donasi ABSTRACT An Eartquake with magnitude 5,6 SR that struck Cianjur on November 21th, 2022 has caused casualities and damage to public and private facilities. The physical and psychological impacts experienced by the victims of the Earthquake require humanitarian assistance from all parties, including the Academic Community of Poltekkes TNI AU Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. This activity aims to accommodate donations and to distribute them to the victims of the Cianjur Earthquake in the hope of easing their burden. This community service is divided into four stages consisting of planning and fundraising that has carried out on December 2nd -9th, 2022, purchasing donation needs,direct aid distribution stages, and evaluation stages. Based on the fundraising results, several items were purchased consisting of toiletries, diapers, underwear and medicine. The aid distribution activity was carried out on Thursday, December 15th, 2022 in Padaluyuh Village RT 04 RW 06 Balanding with 148 families and Talaga Village, Cugenang District, Cianjur with 45 families. The choise of location and the list of the needs were obtained based on direct information from Satgas Kopasgat of Indonesian Air Force on duty at the evacuation site.
