This article aims to find a strategy to improve the quality of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program with Total Quality Management at Islamic Religious Colleges. The method used in this article is qualitative descriptive by describing the existing phenomena. The results showed that the strategy for implementing Total Quality Management in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, began with improving the learning program, providing an Education Laboratory, Arabic and English laboratory, both manual and digital libraries, revamping and repairing ideal infrastructure and facilities, learning facilities. complete, innovative, creative, and fun learning methods, training for lecturers and students, as well as distribution of graduates through the job market. Improvements were made based on data from a questionnaire to students. The strategy for improving the quality of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program with Total Quality Management is for the leaders of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang who are quality-oriented, both input, process, and output by relying on cooperation, stakeholders, both staff and staff lecturers, human resource development, strengthening the body. Quality assurance, implementation of the internal quality audit cycle, management review in Management Review Meetings, formulation and updating of strategic plans and operational plans. Thus the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Malang has implemented Total Quality Management to improve quality. This can be seen from various achievements and accreditations at regional, national and international levels.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi metode imam an Nawawi dalam proses penyusunan kitab Riyadhussolihin. Mengingat kitab Riyadhussolihin merupakan kitab hadits yang praktis dan pedoman pembinaan karakter muslim yang baik. Tidak heran kitab ini banyak dipelajari oleh orang-orang Muslim, baik dipelajari di Pondok Pesantren, Surau, Dayah, disampaikan dalam pengajian dan Majelis ta’lim serta menjadi rujukan dalam penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang bertumpu pada deskriftif analitik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah library research atau studi kepustakaan, yakni aktfitas membaca, menelaah, mengumpulkan, mengolah dan menganalisis data dengan bersandar pada bahan bacaan. Objek penelitian adalah kitab Riyadhussolihi sebagai sumber data utama serta buku-buku dan kitab-kitab yang berkaitan dengan kitab Riyadhussolihin sebagai sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kitab Riyadhussolihin mengandung pembinaan akhlak baik hubungan dengan Allah, manusia, sesama makhluk dan pembinaan karakter. Hadits yang terdapat dalam kitab ini adalah 1896 buah hadits yang tersebar pada 19 kitab dan dalam setiap kitab ada 294 bab yang berisi hadist-hadits yang setema. Sumber penukilan an Nawawi dalam kitab Riyadhussolihin adalah hadits-hadits yang diriwayatkan oleh imam Bukhari, imam Muslim, imam Abu Daud, at Tirmidzi dan Ibnu Majaht . Dalam setiap kitab an Nawawi mengutip ayat-ayat al –Qur’an yang memiliki tema yang sama dengan judul bab. Dalam beberapa hadits yang dirasakan sulit dipahaminya, an Nawawi menjelaskan makna-makna kata-kata dalam redaksi hadits yang asing. Dalam bab taubah, an Nawawi mengutip pendapat para ulama untuk memperjelas bab yang dimaksud. Kata kunci; metode, an Nawawi, Riyadhussolihin.
