Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh otonomi kerja terhadap keseimbangan kerja keluarga dengan komitmen peran sebagai variabel pemediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen perempuan di kota Semarang. Pemilihan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan karakteristik populasi dosen perempuan di Kota Semarang, sudah berkeluarga, hanya tinggal bersama dengan keluarga inti, suami tinggal dalam satu rumah, dan mempunyai anak sulung berusia di bawah 18 tahun.Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,233 lebih kecil daripada pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,427. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh yang muncul terhadap keseimbangan kerja keluarga, selain dari variabel otonomi kerja juga didukung oleh variabel komitmen peran. Hasil tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa komitmen peran merupakan variabel pemediasi pengaruh antara otonomi kerja dengan keseimbangan kerja keluarga.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pemberian layanan bimbingan klasikal yang dilakukan secara daring sebagai sarana alternatif selain pemberian layanan bimbingan klasikal secara tatap muka langsung selama masa pandemik Covid 19, pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif yang didapatkan dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam proses pengumpulan data dari informan, teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah teknik Purposive Sampling dengan mempertimbangkan ciri-ciri atau kriteria tertentu yaitu seorang guru BK yang memberikan layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis daring dan dua orang siswa SMK Texmaco Semarang kelas X Tata Busana dengan latar belakang aktif dan tidak pernah absen dalam mengikuti layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis daring selama masa pandemik Covid 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan layanan bimbingan klasikal yang diberikan secara daring dapat berjalan namun kurang efektif karna terdapat berbagai macam keterbatasan.
The number of violence against children continues to increase every year. The prevention to sexual violence toward children should involve the community. Sexual education should be started through family. Parents teach their toddler about the body, how to respect their body, and how to protect their self. Bina Keluarga Balita as a national program to educate the community, will teach society to prevent sexual violence toward children continuously. The study used the Research and Development approach. The population of the study involved mothers at the Posyandu in Kecamatan Gunungpati which were divided into 16 sub-districts. The research sample was residents from the sub-districs who had low socio-economic and had children aged 2 - 6 years. Research uses purposive sampling technique. Methods of collecting data using scale instruments, questionnaires, achievement tests and interviews. Data analysis used a different test to compare the attitudes and knowledge of mothers to sexual violence in children.The results of testing in small groups and groups are broader, both of which show an increasement in attitudes and knowledge and coping with maternal stress on sexual violence toward children after training in Bina Keluarga Balita. This proves that family education through a toddler family development program is effective in increasing attitudes and knowledge and coping with maternal stress on sexual violence toward children, and this program can be recommended as an effort to prevent sexual violence toward children in community.
The implementation of character education for students at school is done through various ways and is adjusted to condition and environment of the school. The researchers want to find out the implementation done by educators or caregivers of school institution sustainably to observe changes on habits and attitudes of the students completely. The implementation of character education of early children at Pembina Public Kindergarten Semarang is done qualitatively by using descriptive method. The participants are 40 children of B2 and B3 groups, 4 kindergarten teachers, and the principal. The instruments of the research are observation, interview, and documentation. Findings show that character education at the kindergarten can be implemented through habituation in daily life activities. The kindergarten becomes pilot project to promote character education in Semarang city. Varieties of characters to be developed at the kindergarten are taken based on its vision. Character education of Pembina Public Kindergarten Semarang has been lasting for 9 years by bringing positive impacts for the students, school, and parents.
