One of the supporting aspects in the athlete development process is a good physical component, but there are still several kinds of physical components that are felt to be lacking and must be owned by the male players of the Malang State University volleyball team. This study aims to produce a product in the form of a video variation of weight training lower body. This study uses the Research and Development method from Sugiyono 2013. The subjects in this study were 18 male athletes from the Malang State University volleyball team. The instruments used are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative and quantitative descriptives. The validation results from this study have been validated by experts and group trials. The results from the volleyball physical material experts were obtained by 88 percent, the media experts obtained the results of 97 percent, the small group trial obtained the results of 85 percent, large group trials obtained results of 98 percent. The results of this study can be concluded that the development of video variations of weight training lower body obtained very valid results and can be applied to male athletes of the State University of Malang volleyball team. Abstrak: Salah satu aspek pendukung dalam proses pembinaan atlet yaitu komponen fisik yang baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa macam komponen fisik yang dirasa kurang dan harus dimiliki pemain putra tim bolavoli Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa video variasi weight training lower body. Penelitian ini menggunakan model prosedural dengan metode Research and Development dari Sugiyono 2013. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 atlet putra tim bolavoli Universitas Negeri Malang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi dari penelitian ini telah melalui validasi para ahli dan uji coba kelompok. Hasil dari ahli materi fisik bolavoli diperoleh sebesar 88 persen, ahli media diperoleh hasil sebesar 97 persen, uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh hasil sebesar 85 persen, uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh hasil sebesar 98 persen. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan video variasi weight training lower body memperoleh hasil sangat valid dan dapat diterapkan pada atlet putra tim bolavoli Universitas Negeri Malang.
