This study aimed to determine the differences in paper leg exercise to reduce the symptoms of Type 2 DM in Elderly Family Guidance Center in Indonesia. This study used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Inclusion criteria were the elderly who were more than 45 years old. All respondens are notready diagnosed with diabetes. The research subjects became one group and then data collection and measurements were carried out before and after being given newspaper gymnastics treatment. This is intended to be able to find out the differences experienced by the subject before and after being given treatment. Data analysis using Wilcoxon. The mean value for the pretest is 1.65 and for the posttest is 0.01. The mean between the two shows results that have different differences.. The results of Wilcoxon's analysis showed a value of 0.000. Its mean there is a significance differences. Its means that paper leg exercise can provide a significant difference in reducing physical symptoms of Type 2 DM. There were differences between the pretest and posttest. This shows that exercise can significantly reduce the physical symptoms of diabetes millitus in the elderly.
Data BPS, Bappenas, UNFPA, 2018 menyebutkan bahwa jumlah lansia Indonesia diproyeksikan akan meningkat menjadi 10,3% dan 17,9% tahun 2045. Berdasarkan peningkatan tersebut, diadakan program Sekolah Lansia, salah satunya di Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) Manunggal Asih Saptosari Gunungkidul. Hal tersebut merupakan kerjasama lembaga Indonesia Ramah Lansia (IRL) dan BKKBN Provinsi DIY. Program ini selesaii dilaksanakan selama 12 kali tatap muka, sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19 dengan salah satu kendalanya adalah penyesuaian kegiatan selama pandemi yang tidak terencana. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui kepuasan peserta didik terhadap kualitas pelayanan sekolah lansia di masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel menggunakan seluruh peserta sekolah lansia berjumlah 52 orang. Data diolah menggunakan uji statistik korelasi Spearman's rho (ranking Spearman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai korelasi spearman sebesar 0,462 berdasarkan rentang korelasi maka korelasi yang didapat termasuk dalam korelasi sedang. Nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000 yang lebih kecil daripada 0,05 maka hal ini menunjukkan hipotesa diterima yaitu semakin baik kualitas pelayanan akan semakin baik pula kepuasan peserta didik terhadap pelaksanaan sekolah lansia pada masa pandemi di BKL Manunggal Asih Saptosari Gunungkidul. Bagi petugas sekolah lansia (IRL, BKKBN dan kader posyandu) disarankan memantau penerapan materi sekolah dalam keseharian.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Sekolah Lansia Abstract Data from BPS, Bappenas, UNFPA, 2018 states that the number of elderly Indonesians is projected to increase to 10.3% and 17.9% on 2045. Based on that increase, an Elderly School program was held, one of which was at the Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) Manungal Asih Saptosari Gunungkidul. This is the collaboration between Indonesia Ramah Lansia (IRL) and BKKBN DIY. This program has been completed for 12 meetings, before and during the Covid-19 pandemic with various obstacles. One of which was the adjustment of the implementation of activities during the pandemic that was not planned. The purpose of this study was to determine student satisfaction with the quality service of elderly school during a pandemic. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive using cross sectional design. The sample used all 52 participants. The data is processed using the Spearman rank correlation statistical test. Results showed that the Spearman correlation value was 0.462 based on correlation range, so the correlation obtained was included in moderate correlation. The significance value obtained is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, this shows the hypothesis is accepted, that is, the better quality, the better student's satisfaction with the implementation of elderly schools during the pandemic at Bina Keluarga Lansia Manunggal Asih Saptosari Gunungkidul. For elderly school officers (IRL, BKKBN and posyandu cadres) are advised to monitor the application of elderly school materials in their daily life. Gamping Sleman yang mengedepankan pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan eksternal atau internal. Pelayanan kepada pelanggan eksternal lebih sering diperhatikan dan dilakukan penelitian dibandingkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan internal yang masih sering diabaikan serta berdasarkan hasil observasi pada tanggal 24 Januari 2019 di laboratorium klinik RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Sleman pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan internal belum pernah dilakukan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan internal terhadap pelayanan laboratorium di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah dokter yang bertugas di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Sleman yaitu sebanyak 49 dokter. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian adalah dengan Accidental sampling sebanyak 20 dokter yang bertugas di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sleman. Analisa data dengan menggunakan rumus yang tercantum dalam pedoman umum penyusunan indeks kepuasan masyarakat unit pelayanan instansi pemerintah. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kepuasan Pelanggan Internal Terhadap Pelayanan di Laboratorium Klinik RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Sleman mendapatkan hasil penilaian sebesar 98.5 dengan kategori A yang mengandung arti sangat memuaskan.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, pelanggan internal, layanan laboratorium. ABSTRACTThe clinical laboratory unit belongs to one of the supporting health services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital which aims to provide excellent service to both external and internal customers. External customer satisfaction is more commonly evaluated compared to that of internal customers. According to the preliminary observatory study, internal customer satisfaction has never been evaluated previously at the PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Current study aims to evaluate internal customer satisfactory rate with clinical laboratory services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. The descriptive study was conducted by using cross sectional design in 49 medical doctors of PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Accidental sampling method was used in determining the 20 final respondents. Data analysis was performed according to the standard index on measurements of satisfactory rate in government institutions. The study demonstrated high satisfactory rate of 98.5, of which belonged to very satisfied under category A.Keywords: satisfaction, internal customer, laboratory service
Latar Belakang: posyandu lansia adalah pos pelayanan terpadu untuk para lansia.meliputi pemeriksaan kesehatan fisikdan mental emosional yang dicatat dan dipantau dengan Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS).Tujuan: mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi analisis pemanfaatan posyandu lansia Giri Wreda di Dusun Paduresan, Desa Imogiri, Kabupaten Bantul.Metode: desain penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode accidental sampling. Jumlah responden 50 lanjut usia. Uji analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square.Hasil: Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan posyandu lansia pada tingkat rendah (48%). Sedangkan p-value pada faktor yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna dalam pemanfaatan posyandu lansia adalah dukungan keluarga sebesar 0,028, sedangkan faktor lainnya yaitu pengetahuan sebesar 0,677, sikap lansia sebesar 0,668 dan peran kader sebesar 0,543 pada penelitian ini mempunyai hubungan tapi tidak bermakna dalam pemanfaatan posyandu lansia.Kesimpulan: Pemanfaatan posyandu lansia Giri Wreda kurang dimanfaatkan (rendah). Faktor yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna dalam pemanfaatan posyandu lansia adalah dukungan keluarga, akan tetapi hasil analisis menunjukkan dukungan yang masih kurang atau kecil terhadap pemanfaatan posyandu lansia Giri Wreda. Faktor yang lainnya adalah peran kader, pengetahuan dan sikap lansia.
RSUD Depati Hamzah (hospital) is a referral hospital for COVID-19 patients. Efforts need to be carried out to prevent and control COVID-19 for employees because it is categorized as a workplace with a high risk of exposure or high potential for close contact with people or patients who are known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19. Non-compliance with implementing health protocols can potentially expand the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of the research is to determine employees' compliance with the implementation of health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic at RSUD Depati Hamzah. This research is analytical with a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. This study's population was all RSUD Depati Hamzah members, and the sample number was 94 respondents. Hospitals need to increase socialization about the impact of COVID-19 disease. It should provide complete facilities and infrastructure in all parts of the work that support the implementation of employee compliance in preventing the transmission of COVID-19, such as symbols or signs of social distancing, posters to provide education and remind employees and visitors of hospital junk about COVID-19.
