Bahasa pemrograman adalah perintah atau instruksi yang dipahami oleh komputer untuk melakukan tugas tertentu, salah satunya adalah perintah untuk menyimpan dan mengolah data. Saat ini banyak sekali aplikasi untuk mengolah data, salah satunya adalah Visual Studio 2010 atau dikenal dengan vb.net. vb.net hadir dengan .NET Framework. Framework dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga programmer dapat mengembangkan program komputer dengan lebih mudah, dan juga untuk mengurangi kerentanan aplikasi dan komputer dari beberapa ancaman keamanan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model blended learning pada pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, lembar observasi, dan tes kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Model blended learning meliputi: (a) komponen filosofis esensialisme dan pragmatisme; (b) teori belajar: behaviorisme, kognitivisme, dan konektivisme (c) komponen 4C yaitu komunikasi, kolaborasi, kerjasama, dan kreativitas; (d) komponen revolusi industry 4.0: mencakup pembelajaran dengan elemen digital dengan literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia. (2) Model blended learning yang berpusat pada pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara offline dan online menjadikannya memiliki proporsi pola pembelajaran yang jelas. Fleksibilitas belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja melalui komunikasi tatap muka, serta interaksi online menggunakan chat dan forum online untuk menggali pemikiran kritis melalui diskusi. Termasuk juga unsur mahasiswa untuk berkreasi dan inovatif dalam proyek dan perbaikan proyek, serta bahan ajar online yang dibuat menarik dengan kehadirannya.komponen multimedia (teks, gambar, dan video). (3) Produk hasil berupa buku model, buku pedoman dosen dan pedoman mahasiswa, serta buku teks yang dinyatakan valid dan praktis sehingga model blended learning dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. (4) Pencapaian yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik dan 4C.

Senior high school national exams and their equivalents make use of technology in their implementation. however, the use of technology has not been mastered by students in Indonesia. it is necessary to carry out a simulation in facing the national exam. This community service provides facilities for partners in conducting trials to take the national exam. multimedia applications provide an interactive effect between students and computers. which makes it easier for students to understand the meaning of the questions given on the exam.

The audit of the Information Technology infrastructure in this journal uses the ISO 27001 standard which is carried out at a company engaged in the service sector in West Sumatra Province. As a company that is quite developed and already has an adequate IT infrastructure in running its business, it is felt necessary to carry out an IT audit to ensure whether the IT devices they have already have adequate internal controls and at the same time as preventive measures for business risks such as: operational, reputation , legal, compliance and strategic. Given that IT is an important asset in operations that can increase the added value and competitiveness of a company while its implementation contains various risks, companies need to implement IT Governance.

Bank is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and distributes them to the public in the form of credit and or other forms. To raise funds, bank officers are known as funding officers who have the main task of collecting funds in the form of savings, current accounts and deposits. Generally banks already have monitoring tools, dashboards and reports on the achievement of funds, but these tools do not yet present a ranking for funding officers. One of the things needed to support the improvement of funding officer performance is the making of individual ranking, for that purpose an application for ranking calculation is made using the PHP programming language whose data is sourced from existing monitoring tools, it is hoped that this application can help the relevant part to accelerate presentation of individual ranking of funding officers.
