The research aimed to develop a volleyball lower passing model based on an umbrella learning approach. The method used was research and development. This study was conducted in small-scale and large-scale trials. There were performance tests, written tests, and questionnaires to determine the effectiveness of models developed against students' cognitive, psychomotor, and affective abilities. The study subjects used were 20 respondents for small-scale trials and 40 respondents for large-scale trials at the Faculty of Sport Science. The results of the effectiveness test model in the small group test obtained psychomotor 0.75, cognitive results of 0.73 with a high category obtained with n-gain and affective analysis were assessed with a Guttman scale of 84.37% and belonged to the high category. The results of large-scale psychomotor trials of 0.74, cognitive results of 0.76 high categories obtained with n-gain and affective analysis were assessed with a Guttman scale of 87.57% and belonged to the high category. Based on expert assessments of learning, small-scale trials, and large-scale trials, this umbrella learning model is declared effective in improving students' cognitive, psychomotor, and affective abilities in the Faculty of Sport Science.
Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyometric double leg speed hop dan single leg bounding terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit pada atlet putra perguruan al-hikmah ar-rahiim kabupaten deli serdang tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet perguruan al-hikmah ar-rahiim sebanyak 10 orang. Dari analisis hasil data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan bahwa melalui latihan plyometric double leg speed hop dan single leg bounding dapat meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan sabit pada atlet putra perguruan pencak silat al-hikmah ar-rahiim kabupaten deli serdang, dengan analisis hipotesis dari data pre-test dan post-test hasil kecepatan tendangan sabit diperoleh thitung sebesar = 7,05 serta dengan nilai ttabel sebesar = 1,83 dengan α = 0,05 (thitung > ttabel) atau (7,05 > 1,83). Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak Ha diterima.
Driven by a qualitative study which data from individual interviews were analyzed using Malterud's systematic text condensation, this research analyzed how educators perceived Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies and compassion fatigue during online teaching in the COVID-19 pandemic among 20 educators at Universitas Negeri Medan. This study discovered two emotions such as satisfaction and relief. Enjoyment of and satisfaction with teaching, contentment with teaching, and pride might all be classified as satisfaction, while sentiments of finding teaching scary, burdensome, and unpleasant, as well as a lack of technological capability, could be classified as relief. The educators also show the characteristics of compassion fatigue that have increased since the pandemic, including physical or emotional exhaustion, feelings of being overwhelmed or helpless, feelings of sadness and anxiety, and reduced empathy.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh bentuk latihan variasi – variasi penyerangan dengan menggunakan inverted winger terhadap hasil shooting pada atlet SSB TGM Medan Tahun 2020. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen lapangan dengan teknik pengambilan data digunakan tes dan pengukuran. Lokasi penelitan ini dilaksanakan di lapangan sepakbola Thamrin Graha Metropolitan Medan, terletak dijalan Graha Metropolitan Kampung Lalang dengan sampel 10 orang. Sampel dijadikan satu kelompok sehingga mendapat bentuk variasi-variasi latihan teknik yang sama, yaitu latihan shooting. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Februari sampai dengan Maret tahun 2020. Hasil analisis dengan uji-t menujukkan bahwa: Hipotesis menujukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 5,79. Sedangkan nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikan = 2,26 dengan dk n-1 ( 10-1 = 9 ) diperoleh ttabel sebesar 2,26, ini berarti menujukkan bahwa thitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari ttabel( thitung = 5,79 > ttabel 2,26) berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi variasi - variasi latihan penyerangan dengan menggunakan inveted winger memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil shooting dalam permainan sepakbola pada atlet SSB TGM Medan Tahun 2020.
This study aims to develop variations of the ushiro mawashi geri kick exercise in kumite karate athletes. The population in this study were 5 HKBP Sidorame dojo athletes, 8 dojo athletes at SMP N 31 Medan, 7 dojo athletes in Medan Tuntungan, and 13 dojo athletes Hedi GOJUKAI. The development of this exercise variation was first validated by 3 experts, 1 coach expert, 1 referee expert, and 1 sports expert where the validation percentage was 92%-94%. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method. The results of the small group trial involving 13 athletes from the HKBP Sidorame dojo and the SMP N 31 Medan dojo showed that the variation of the ushiro mawashi geri kick exercise met the criteria to be continued in the large group trial because the percentage score of each aspect was between 89.23%-100%. The results of a large group trial of 20 athletes at the Hedi GOJUKAI dojo and the Medan Tuntungan dojo showed that the variation of the ushiro mawashi geri kick exercise met the criteria for continuing in the manufacture of mass products because the percentage of each aspect was between 88%-95%. From the results it was concluded that the variation of the ushiro mawashi geri kick exercise was more effective and efficient, because it was very important in supporting the athlete's achievement, besides that the exercise was not boring and became input for karate coaches throughout Indonesia.
