Lecturers must consider many things before implementing strategies in the learning process. This is because learning strategies also affect students' learning outcomes. Once, low-achiever students can improve their competence because of the working strategies. Contrarily, highachiever students may get decreased because of the worst strategies. From various strategies in the learning process, student grouping is a popular strategy which supports collaboration among students. Yet, the lecturer must be able to consider several things related to student grouping. The main consideration is "with whom" and "how" students should be grouped. "With whom" covers appropriate decision on grouping students homogeneously or heterogeneously. Whereas "how" is interpreted as how many students should be gathered in every group. The decision of both must be based on logical reasoning in accordance with the learning context. To answer these two aspects, the research team analyzed data which were previously collected by using observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. This research was carried out throughout Grammar TOEFL learning process using NST TOEFL Explorer, in English Education Study Program of STKIP PGRI Pasuruan. The result confirmed that student grouping in this context was done more appropriately by grouping
The reviews were double-blind. Each submission was examined by two reviewers independently. The reviews were done through the conference submission management system https://icle-uniwara.or.id/public/.The submission was first analyzed for the plagiarism using Turnitin and the grammatical use using Grammarly by the operators. The submission was then double-blind reviewed. The blind review process is the process of evaluating the work completely anonymously. In this system, only the editors knows each stage. In this system authors do not know who the reviewers are, and the reviewers do not know whose submission they are evaluating. Thus, biased evaluation of the submission by the reviewers is prevented. In addition, since the author does not know the reviewers, he/she can not possibly get contact with the reviewers, and influence them through 'special routes'. From this point of view, the double-blind review process is thought to provide objective evaluation and increase the equal opportunity. The operators deliver the feedbacks or evaluation from the reviewers through to the author's registered account. The operators set the deadline for the authors' revision, and then the editorial team re-evaluates the revision. This review and revision process was done for four stages in order to giving more opportunity to revise the submission. Therefore, the acceptance or rejection of the submission is final. The editorial team issues the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for authors of accepted submission. Quality CriteriaReviewers were instructed to assess the quality of submissions solely based on the academic merit of their content along the following dimensions: B.
