Objectives: To determine the effect of counseling on effectiveness and cost of the treatment for outpatient with primary hypertension (HTN) in Cut Meutia Hospital, Indonesia. Methods: This 6-month prospective quasi-experimental study was undertaken to analyze the impact of counseling toward cost and effectiveness in the treatment in patients with primary HTN and evaluation of each month at Cut Meutia Hospital, Indonesia. The study sample consisted of 22 patients for each group. A cost analysis was conducted from the perspective of the health-care providers. The cost in the treatment of both groups was analyzed by calculating the cost-effectiveness ratio (CER) and incremental CER (ICER).Results: Most of the patients with HTN (54.55%) were males with ages ranging from 35 to 64 years old (77.27%). Patients who achieved a blood pressure <140/90 mmHg on HTN treatment: With counseling, 77.27%; without counseling, 18.18%. CER for HTN treatment with and without counseling were Rp 1,756,117,86 and Rp 6,704,247,91, respectively. The ICER was Rp 233,745.13.Conclusion: Treatment of HTN with counseling was more cost-effective than without counseling.
Objects and tourist attractions are one of the important elements in the world of tourism. Where objects and tourist attractions can succeed the government's program in preserving the nation's customs and culture as assets that can be sold to tourists and can improve welfare and community participation in preserving the development of a tourist area. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential value of natural tourist attractions. The data collection method was carried out using qualitative methods by conducting in-depth structured interviews, literature studies, field observations and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Data analysis of the potential objects and natural tourist attractions (ODTWA) is described descriptively and processed using the guidelines for the Analysis of Operation Areas for Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions (ADO-ODTWA). The results showed the ODTWA analysis in the Krueng Geunie area for each criterion of attractiveness 83.33% (adequate), accessibility 91.66% (adequate), socio-economic environmental conditions 58.33% (not feasible), accommodation 66.66% (adequate), 80% (adequate) supporting facilities and infrastructure, and 80% (adequate) clean water availability. Therefore, based on the results of research the Krueng Geunie area deserves to be developed as a natural tourist attraction area.
Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) are a good source of natural antioxidants because they contain flavonoids. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Moringa leaf extract can be formulated into nanoemulgel serum preparations, and to see the effect of nanoemulgel serum formulations on antioxidant activity. This research begins with the manufacture of extracts using the maceration method, followed by the manufacture of nanoemulsions. The nanoemulsion consisted of 3 formulations with different Moringa leaf extract, namely the formulation of 1 0.1 g, formulation 2 0.2 g, and formulation 3 0.4 g of Moringa leaf extract were given. The nanoemulsion was tested for particle size distribution using a Particle Size Analyzer and tested for the physical stability of the preparation. The results showed that the nanoemulsion particle size in formulation 3 had a smaller distribution size of 13.7 nm and was continued for the manufacture of serum nanoemulgel. Serum nanoemulgel consists of 4 formulations with variations of nanoemulsion. The nanoemulgel serum formulation was tested for its physical stability and antioxidant activity using the DPPH method. The antioxidant activity of the nanoemulgel serum preparations had IC50 of each formulation 1 70.5197 ppm, formulation 2 62.7838 ppm, and formulation 3 50.6094 ppm. The nanoemulgel serum formulation which has the highest antioxidant activity is formulation 3
Objects and tourist attractions are one of the important elements in the world of tourism. Where objects and tourist attractions can succeed the government's program in preserving the nation's customs and culture as assets that can be sold to tourists and can improve welfare and community participation in preserving the development of a tourist area. The purpose of this study was to determine the priority factors in the development of ecotourism in the Krueng Geunie area. The benefits of this research are as a support and evaluation material for environmental-based tourism development and can create cooperation between the government and the private sector or managers in developing ecotourism in Pidie Regency. Data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews with expert respondents, document studies and conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the data is processed using expert choice software. Based on the results of the study, the weight structure of Krueng Geunie's natural ecotourism development criteria is in the first place, namely the socio-economic aspect criteria with a weighted value of 0.308. Then for the weight of the destination sub-criteria, the first rank is the tourism-aware group sub-criteria with a weighted value of 0.684. Furthermore, the weight of the alternative criteria in the first place is the development of the capacity of community elements with a weight value of 0.373.
