Hand sanitizers may help increase hand hygiene compliance as the results of invailability of basic needs for cleaning such as soap or water. Since alcohol has an irritating effect on the skin and burns quickly, it is currently discouraged as an active ingredient. Knowledge of covid 19 is critical for the world to have in order for individuals to be able to make informed choices on how to split the covid 19 transmission chain. This thesis employs a pre-experimental method that employs the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The paired t test was used to examine the relationship between the two variables, namely the betel leaf extract handsanitizer output preparation and the respondent's knowledge of the handsanitizer making process. Extension has an impact on increasing respondents' awareness of how to make natural hand sanitizers. The paired t-test findings indicate that the Sig. = 0.000 0.05, indicating that there is a discrepancy between the pretest and posttest. With a mean value of -5.967, this data indicates the average discrepancy between the pretest and posttest, with a range of -5.383 to -6.551 (95 percent CI), indicating that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest mean values, indicating that the pretest value has an influence on the post test. To stop the spread of Covid19, health care providers and the society must work together.
It is estimated that 50% of puerperal mortality occur within the first 24 hours. At thistime the involution process occured. Involutionary disorders cause complications whichis the leading cause of maternal mortality. Most of postpartum women do not obtainexercise guidance after giving birth. They are only advised to do simple mobilizationwithout planned guidance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectivenessof early exercise against uterine involution (fundus and lochea). The research methodused Quasi Experimental (pre-post test non equivalent control group design). It wasconducted from May to August 2017. The samples were 40 respondents spontaneousprimiparous postpartum mother. The study was started by 1) divided the samples intocontrol group and treatment group, 2) measured the fundus and lochea, 3) providedearly exercise on treatment group, 4) re-measured fundus and lochea in both groups, 5)analyzed the effectiveness of early exercise to fundus and lochea expenditure decrease. The data analysis used Mann Whitney with α = 0.05. The results showed p value is 0.000(fundus) and p value are 0.001 (lochea). It means that early exercise is effective againstuterine involution (fundus and lochea). The results can provide positive contribution inpreventing maternal mortality caused by puerperal complications.
Independent Campus Policy launched by the Indonesian Minister of Education was a framework to prepare students to become graduates who are tough, and ready to be a leader. Universities with health faculties have implemented independent learning long before this policy was launched, but it is still limited to one activity program, namely internships/work practices. This is a challenge for the health study program to be able to design and implement an innovative off-campus learning process while still paying attention to learning outcomes. This study aims to see the achievement of learning outcomes which include the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains during off-campus learning activities at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to all Faculty of Health Sciences students as many as 960 students (total sampling) consisting of 683 undergraduate students in Nursing, 95 undergraduate students in Hospital Administration, and 182 undergraduate students in Pharmacy. This survey research uses quantitative data analysis techniques with a descriptive approach. The results obtained are the achievement of the cognitive domain by 96.15%, the affective domain by 96.15%, and the psychomotor domain by 95.83%. Cognitive domains were found to be 50.10% at the C3 level, which can solve problems and exercises. The affective domain is found to be 58.85% at the A3 level, which can appreciate the role of the profession and is motivated to behave according to the role. The psychomotor domain was found to be 32.08% at the P4 level, which is being able to perform a skill/action properly and appropriately. The conclusion of the research is Off-campus learning programs can improve learning outcomes covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
