Background: National health insurance is mandatory for all Indonesians. In Ogan Ilir Regency, the lowest percentage (24,14%) of its participants in December 2016 was found in Indralaya Utara Sub-district, and self-employed participants in this sub-district were only 6,99%. This study aimed to analyze the determinants of the self-employed’s decision to become national health insurance participants in Indralaya Utara Sub-district. Method: This was a cross-sectional study. The population was self-employed in Indralaya Utara Sub-district. The sample was 108 respondents who were selected using cluster sampling and consecutive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted by univariate and bivariate with chi-square statistical test. Results: The results illustrated that 18,52% of respondents decided to become national health insurance participants. Variables with p-value<0,005 were: knowledge about national health insurance (p-value=0,011), trust (p-value=0.000), perception about national health insurance (p-value=0,000), attitude (p-value=0,000), income (p-value=0,002), family support (p-value=0,005). Variables with p-value≥0,005 were: education (p-value=0,234), perception about health facilities (p-value=0,162), distance to health facilities (p-value=0,355), health workers support (p-value=0,112). Conclusion: In conclusion, percentage of self-employed who decided become national health insurance participants was still small. Associated factors to the decision of self-employed as participants were: knowledge about national health insurance, trust, perception about national health insurance, attitude, income and family support. It is suggested that the Social Security Administrative Body for Health should routinely conduct socialization on national health insurance to improve the percentage of its participation for self-employed and the benefits of national health insurance could be felt by the entire community.
Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh multi faktor dan bersifat antar generasi. Kejadian stunting menunjukan permasalahan gizi buruk yang kronis dan terjadi di usia balita. Pemantauan pertumbuhan balita sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya gangguan pertumbuhan (growth faltering) secara dini. Untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan tersebut, penimbangan balita setiap bulan sangat diperlukan. Pengukuran antropometri biasanya dilakukan oleh kader di Posyandu. Namun, kader tidak mempunyai kemampuan dalam pemantauan pertumbuhan balita baik melalui pengukuran antropometri (berat badan dan tinggi badan) serta pengisian KMS. Hal ini dikarenakan hampir sebagian besar kader belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai pengukuran antropometri dan pengisian KMS. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Indralaya dengan sasaran adalah kader Posyandu yang mewakili setiap desa yang berjumlah 46 orang. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan, yaitu melalui pemberian materi menggunakan ceramah dan pelatihan memantau pertumbuhan balita dengan cara mengukur berat badan dan panjang badan/tinggi badan balita serta cara mengisi KMS. Alat yang digunakan adalah timbangan, dacin, infantometer serta kartu KMS. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar kader mengalami peningkatan nilai sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan gizi (54,3%), pengukuran antropometri (78,2%) dan Pengisian KMS (58,7%). Berdasarkan hasil Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p 0,000 < 0,005 maka ada perbedaan skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, baik itu pengetahuan gizi, pengukuran antropometri balita dan pengisian KMS bertambah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan kader ini cukup berhasil dilihat dari hasil distribusi frekuensi yang didapat dan hasil uji statistik. Perlu dilakukan pelatihan rutin terkait pemantauan pertumbuhan dan pembacaan KMS, terutama jika terjadi pergantian kader.
Latar Belakang: Indikator keberhasilan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional adalah kepuasan masyarakat yang dinilai dari pelayanan rumah sakit, tetapi beberapa tahun terakhir kepuasan peserta cenderung rendah. Studi Pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang menyatakan bahwa pasien peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional merasa belum puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional berdasarkan 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 73 pasien peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yang dipilih dengan metode proportional sampling. Dianalisis menggunakan Chi Square.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pasien peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (54,8%) merasakan puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Sedangkan hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan nilai p value antara tangible (0,003), reliability (0,000), responsiveness (0,000), assurance (0,000), empathy (0,000), dimana terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelima dimensi mutu dengan kepuasan pasien. Dari komponen pada kelima dimensi mutu terdapat beberapa hal yang masih belum berjalan maksimal diantaranya adalah fasilitas yang belum maksimal seperti WC, estimasi waktu tunggu yang belum konsisten, komunikasi mengenai iformasi kesehatan antara petugas kesehatan dan pasien yang belum baik, dan kurangnya waktu untuk berkonsultasi dengan dokter.Kesimpulan: Untuk mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan diharapkan Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang dapat melakukan perbaikan, peningkatan dan pengembangan sarana fisik. Bagi tenaga medis dan non-medis untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan baik dari segi kehandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan perhatian (empathy).
Covid-19 continues to increase the number of patients who are positive for Covid-19. Indonesia is a risky country to visit, while the National Data for South Sumatra is the number one province on Sumatra Island with the highest number of Covid-19 patients. Government policy allows regions or regions with yellow zones to open schools offline. Banyuasin Regency is included in the yellow zone of Covid patients, so teaching and learning has been carried out offline with strict implementation of health protocols. To support offline teaching and learning activities, it is necessary to educate students about the 3M movement (maintaining distance, using masks, washing hands with soap). This activity aims to train students to apply the 3M health protocol correctly. The results of the service show that there is an increase in knowledge and changes in student behaviour after receiving training and counselling about health protocols at school. Optimization of health protocols needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in elementary schools.
The development of information technology and telecommunications has penetrated into various sectors including health. With Mobile JKN, community administrative activities in managing JKN are easier. The study aims to analyze the perception of mobile health among participants JKN in South Sumatra Province. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The research sample was JKN participants stay in South Sumatra aged> 18 years who use the Mobile JKN app amount 400 participants. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection using online questionnaires and distributed through social media. Results of the study showed that the perception of the quality system has optimal results (50,50%). The problem encountered was in the network stability indicator from JKN mobile application users. On the quality of information has optimal results(67.50%).Problems encountered are in the indicator of limited service information, display updates. Then, the quality of service has optimal results (63,50%). The problem encountered was in the service integration indicator from the JKN mobile application. Quality of the JKN Mobile application seen from the System Quality, Information Quality and Service Quality has optimal results. BPJS Health suggested to increase network stability, improve service information, display updates and information in the JKN Mobile application, conduct application socialization, and develop service integration.
