Man has used solar energy to dry perishable products for many years, managing to preserve a wide variety of foods naturally; drying is a method that highly respects the food's properties and nutritional content. The consumption of medicinal and aromatic herbs in Mexico is traditional and widespread. In this work, an analysis of an indirect solar dryer's thermal behavior was carried out with the coupling of solar technologies (water heaters and air collectors and photovoltaic pumping as an aid to the generation of hot air) comparing with electric oven drying in Campeche, Campeche, Mexico. The experimental results showed that the indirect tunnel type dryer that works with evacuated tubes and solar air heater simultaneously is the most efficient technology, with average drying times of 300 min and final humidity of 9.6%. A study of colorimetry, water activity, and drying speed was carried out to control the drying process. It was found that it is possible to use solar energy to dry food as a means of conservation in warm-humid climates, also obtaining significant energy savings and contributing to caring for the environment.

Today, in today's world, the use of the Internet and information and communication technologies assist in teaching practice at all educational levels. Specifically, in the management of online technological tools, academic teachinglearning, communication, collaboration, dissemination and dissemination activities have been used to develop, to mention some of the most important. Therefore, the educational community is concerned with the imminent risk of being victims of cybercrimes. The purpose of the research is to raise awareness in the academic community of the need to identify and use cybersecurity controls that benefit the use of the Internet in a safe and reliable manner, accepting international standards that reinforce security. Likewise, act as a channel of diffusion in the student community to safeguard their privacy and integrity. The ISO/IEC 27032 Standard is a recognized and accepted international standard to guarantee the action measures provided in this study.
Education is a priority axis for the government of our country, Mexico. The teaching-learning process is a challenge in each classroom, its importance lies mainly in raising the productivity of society. In this context, the application of pedagogical approaches and environments that allow meaningful learning are sought. For its part, we identify learning styles as cognitive, physiological and affective traits, of how students perceive, interact and respond to different learning environments. The objective of this research is to analyze and evaluate learning styles as an indicator that serves as a starting point to distinguish the way in which students learn and guide the teaching act in the design of learning strategies according to a segmentation of students of according to their learning styles or their predominance to achieve meaningful learning. The study proposes a field investigation using the Honey Alonso Learning Styles Questionnaire (CHAEA) as a data collection instrument. The methodological process of the research was divided into two phases: the first covers the design and application of the CHAEA instrument. In the second, the results obtained by means of a frequency analysis are exhibited.
The Universidad Autónoma de Campeche (UAC), in response to the sanitary measures due to the COVID-19 confinement and in order to reinforce its educational programs through online courses, joined the "Coursera for Campus" (CfC) program. This research presents the results of a comparative analysis between the educational offer offered by CfC and its relationship with the educational programs of the UAC. The results of the educational programs are presented classified by Department of Higher Education. The area with the greatest impact is Business, with 42 courses related to 12 educational programs, and Health with 37 courses that impact 7 educational programs. CfC's Language Learning area impacts all educational programs, since all of them consider the learning of a second language. It is also worth mentioning the courses in the Social Sciences area, which benefited 24 educational programs, as they are related to some of their Learning Units.
