Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Metode Servqual, Metode Fuzzy, Rawat Inap Reliability Abstract The level of service quality is a parameter of the success or failure of a service provided to customers. This research was conducted in Inpatient Class III at a General Hospital . Respondents involved amounted to 40 respondents. This study using methods servqual with Fuzzy method approach to the five dimensions of service quality is Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results showed a gap between the perceptions of patients with the expectation of patients that is equal to -0.511 . And that should be a priority to undertake an improvement is the quality dimensions of Reliability because it has the biggest gap is -0.657 . Keywords : Service Quality, Servqual Method, Fuzzy Method, Inpatient, Reliability
In early 2020, COVID-19 was present and changed the socio-economic order of the community. All sectors were affected as well as industrial sectors for both manufacturing and services. The business' operation has changed to comply with health protocols to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. The impacts of the COVID-19 in the industry identified in this study were decreased income, supply chain disruption, the onset of free time at work, and implementation of health protocols. This impact caused changes in activities in the form of reduced working hours, reduction of workers, material and process efficiency, increased lead time and delays in distribution, physical distancing, activities to prevent exposure to COVID-19, disinfection activities in companies, early detection of COVID-19, and increased employee immunity. Strategies that can be carried out are building a commitment to maintaining discipline in implementing health protocols, utilizing digital technology (internet of things) to expand the market, and implementing a lean strategy to achieve efficiency or save resources.
Digital Control System (DCS) is a very important tool for manufacturing companies that implement automation systems in their production processes, so companies must be careful when deciding to purchase DCS tools offered by vendors. This study aims to compare two Digital Control System (DCS) devices from international suppliers using temperature comparison variables, data processing speed and data transfer speed. After the data collected is tested for validity and reliability, then a T test is carried out to compare these variables and a direct comparison of the material specifications of the two tools is carried out. The results of the Benchmarking study are that there is a difference in the temperature and data processing speed variables between the two DCS devices, while for the data transfer rate variable there is no difference. This difference occurs because the data computing process is more and more data computing is needed, the temperature will increase and for data processing speed there is no difference because it uses the same technology. To improve the capabilities of the DCS tool, it is necessary to redesign for the controller, design panels and use the latest data transfer technology and data security systems in data transfer.
