This study aims to analyze the implementation of an organizational culture that is applied and the expected Bandung Polytechnic LP3I in four years to come, through OCAI profile mapping method to obtain the organizational culture profile Bandung Polytechnic LP3I current of the order of the highest to the lowest impact. Mixed data retrieval technique that is parallel both quantitative and qualitative. Where quantitative and qualitative data collected in the same time and analyzed to complement each other. The results of the training needs analysis based on gap indicates that the required training, organizational culture oriented to improving the market and adhocracy organizational culture.
The buying decision for consumers is the result of various considerations in deciding to buy a product from various options that include the purchase of smartphone on the various choices available. There is a tendency because the majority of consumers to choose the brand from product innovation, price, service, and brand image for researchers try to reveal the magnitude of the influence product innovation and brand image about the purchasing decision of Samsung Smartphone brand at Bandung city. The method used is quantitative data analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of research from 100 samples taken provided information that product innovation and brand image had a significant influence on purchasing decisions by 49,5%. The variable that must be prioritized to get more significant influence is product innovation. Meanwhile, the product innovation variable is partially proven to have a greater constant than the brand image variable.
The more advanced the development of technology, the wider and easier information that can be sought by the public so that it can provide new information and even new behaviors, including buying behavior towards a product. Billionaires Project as a businessman in the Fashion Industry engaged in digital marketing must be sensitive to consumer buying behavior patterns, especially on things that can increase buyer interest. This research focuses on two variables owned by Billionaire's Project, namely The Credibility of Influencer Arief Muhammad and Price which is quite competitive in his class because it is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The research methods used in this research are quantitative methods with descriptive types of research. Sampling is done with the nonprobability sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 400 respondents who know billionaire's project fashion products. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study based on descriptive analysis for influencer credibility variables are already in the category of very good at 88%, price variables are already in the category of very good at 89%, and the re-buy interest variable is already in the excellent category of 89%. Influencer credibility and price had a positive and significant effect on buying interest with a magnitude of influence of 30.3% and the remaining 69.7% influenced by other factors that were not studied.
This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Work Stress on The Work Satisfaction of the Go-jek Driver Partners (go-ride) Bandung Area in the Covid-19 Pandemic both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is the descriptive and verificative method with data collection using field research and literature research. The population in this study is the driver-partner of PT GO-JEK Indonesia Central Bandung Region. The sample used as many as 115 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that: 1) there is a significant influence together (simultaneously) of financial compensation and work stress on the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. 2) Financial compensation affects the variable Job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. If the financial compensation is getting better, then the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners will increase, as well as if the financial compensation gets worse than the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners will decrease. 3) Work stress has a significant and negative effect on the variable Work satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. If work stress increases, it will decrease the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. Likewise, if work stress decreases it will increase the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners.
