Zusammenfassung: Die Interpretation des Konzepts von Industrie 4.0 ist vielschichtig und abhängig davon, ob aus der Sicht des Maschinen-oder Anlagenbaus, von der IT Branche oder von der Automatisierungstechnik an das Thema herangegangen wird. Es ist jedoch klar zu erkennen, dass die systemweit eindeutig definierte Semantik aller gemeinschaftlich genutzten Daten zwingend erforderlich ist. Ausgangspunkt der Überlegungen ist eine Gruppierung von I40-Komponenten, welche die Eigentü-mer der Daten sind. Diese sind Bestandteile von CyberPhysical-Systems (CPS), in denen sie Dienste anbieten, um zusammen mit IT-orientierten Diensten neue Wertschöpfungsketten zu bilden. Alle Dienste und Dienstinhalte müssen dafür semantisch eindeutig definiert sein. Anhand von Produkt-, Prozess-und Ressourcen-Modell (PPR-Modell) und dem Datenmodell der VDI/VDE 3682-Richtlinie wird beispielhaft dargestellt, wie die Informationen über Industrie-4.0-Komponenten semantisch eindeutig beschrieben werden können. Es wird dargestellt wie diese Beschreibung auch für die Daten der I40-Dienste verwendet werden kann. Dadurch steigt der Grad der Fä-higkeit, semantisch eindeutige Daten maschinell zu verarbeiten.Abstract: Interpretation of the concept Industry 4.0 is complex and depends very much on from which point of view the topic is approached -machinery design or plant engineering, IT or automation technology. It is clear, however, that a defined semantic for all commonly used data is mandatory. The starting point for consideration is the grouping of I40 components that are provider of the data. These components are parts of cyber physical systems, where they offer services in order to create new value chains together with IT oriented services. All services and service contents must be defined semantically unique. Based on the product-process-resourcemodel (PPR model) and the data model of VDI/VDE 3682 this contribution shows how information on I40 components may be described semantically unambiguous. It is shown how this method of description may be applied to data of I40-services. By application of this method the degree of semantically unique data is increased.
The article presents Harbsafe-162, a domain-specific data set for evaluating distributional semantic models. It originates from a cooperation by Technische Universität Braunschweig and the German Commission for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies of DIN and VDE, the Harbsafe project. One objective of the project is to apply distributional semantic models to terminological entries, that is, complex lexical data comprising of at least one or several terms, term phrases and a definition. This application is needed to solve a more complex problem: the harmonization of terminologies of standards and standards bodies (i.e. resolution of doublettes and inconsistencies). Due to a lack of evaluation data sets for terminological entries, the creation of Harbsafe-162 was a necessary step towards harmonization assistance. Harbsafe-162 covers data from nine electrotechnical standards in the domain of functional safety, IT security, and dependability. An intrinsic evaluation method in the form of a similarity rating task has been applied in which two linguists and three domain experts from standardization participated. The data set is used to evaluate a specific implementation of an established sentence embedding model. This implementation proves to be satisfactory for the domain-specific data so that further implementations for harmonization assistance may be brought forward by the project. Considering recent criticism on intrinsic evaluation methods, the article concludes with an evaluation of Harbsafe-162 and joins a more general discussion about the nature of similarity rating tasks. Harbsafe-162 has been made available for the community.
