The authors research the challenges faced by companies during the implementation of Quality 4.0. More than 100 papers dealing with the relevant field and topic of the paper were taken into consideration, in order to create a more complete picture of the current challenges related to quality. The aim of the paper is to review the current business practice, which can serve all companies that are planning or are in the process of introducing top quality - Quality 4.0. The results are given in the form of a comparative analysis of papers, presented according to the year of publication. The review of the literature emphasized that there are 10 most common challenges that organizations face when introducing Industry 4.0 to date. The challenges are grouped, depending on the fact how many companies have encountered them, and are based on two main factors, people and technology.
This paper presents the stages of quality development. Every industrial revolution had an impact on the concept of quality, improving and advancing its concept. The emphasis is on Quality 4.0 and Quality 5.0, the concepts of which were formed under the influence of modern technologies. Based on the concept of Quality 4.0, presented by other authors, and the clear differences between the Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolutions, this paper presents the concept of Quality 5.0, which is considered to be the highest form of quality in the modern era.
Educational institutions are places where character is created and strengthened, personality is socialized and knowledge about the past, present and future is acquired. The task of vocational schools is to provide the necessary knowledge to students, so that after finishing school, they can do the job for which they were educated. Industry 4.0 has contributed to the closure of many occupations, but also to the creation of new ones. Therefore, it is necessary to transform the teaching process, in terms of content and practice, so that schools retain their role in preparing young people for the labor market. The paper analyzes 50 papers, which closely dealt with this topic, thanks to which the bases of the most common research and their outcomes were formed.
The paper was created by reviewing the literature and business practices, which include the challenges of big data management in Industry 4.0. 30 scientific papers by eminent authors were analyzed, which emphasize the importance of Big Data and propose the implementation of one of the data management methods. Significant results of improvement through the application of new technologies have been observed in all industries. The aim of this paper is to summarize the experience of the company and include solutions for the most efficient data management in business practice, starting from data collection and storage to making the most important decisions.
