The applicative theory used as a supporting statement is the concept of Henry Mintzberg's interpersonal managerial role. It is undeniable to see the gap between management theory and the concept of social interaction in Islam. The term defined by some experts is bounded value, individual, and nonexclusive. The theory emphasizes more on the system through management functions, whereas in Islam, the leadership figures are more desirable. This study answers, how is the application of interpersonal managerial roles in the Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School from Henry Mintzberg's perspective? The method used in this study is qualitative research with observation and interview instruments as tools of data collection. From the results of data collection, researchers conducted descriptive analysis steps namely categorization, reduction, and interpretation. The results show that Kiai's interpersonal managerial role forms as: first, Kiai al-Ishlah figure, and the ceremonial stage of the leadership. Second, the pattern of the al-Ishlah Islamic boarding school organization, personal improvement, independence, productivity, and special training. Third, educational cooperation and equality cooperation. The implication is that it is understandable that management theory is not the main theory used in an Islamic boarding school because the managerial role of Kiai managerial firmly determines the pace of Islamic boarding school management
ABSTRACT Human existence is built on the consciousness of two things as transcendent creatures (transcendere), and as immanent beings (Latin: immanere, abiding within). Man makes himself, with all activities and the result builds his own uniqueness (Syam, 2015). One of the traditions and culture of Javanese society in the spiritual context is the behavior of Sufism. The research was conducted to trace the ritual of worship as transedental creature in group of jamaah "Ilmu Sejati" in Karangampel Village of Indramayu Regency. In this study, researchers used qualitative descriptive methodology. The results of this study include: Sufism behavior as psychospiritual therapy in the congregation "True Science" includes congregational prayers, munajat, khalwat and tirakat. (1) The worship ritual of worship congregation becomes a daily portrait of the congregation of "Real Science". At certain moments, the month of Ramadan for example, in addition to the obligatory prayers 5 times and tarawih prayers, all pilgrims are encouraged to perform salat sunah hajat and tahajud one full month. (2) Munajat is the core of the teachings of "Real Science". Bermunajat or berzikir is a process to Allah SWT. To be able to "get" to communicate with Him, they first purify themselves, both physically and mentally. (3) The practice of khalwat on the teachings of "Real Science" is only done by the highest leadership, namely Ibn Salma bin Kadar Yahya. This procession of self-isolation he did during the early establishment of the teachings of "Real Science" around 1997. (4) Tirakat or fasting on the teachings of "Real Science" also can only be done by Ibn Salma as the leader of the pilgrims. The behavior of tirakat can be referred to as a complementary ritual of the teachings of "True Science" besides the ritual of the play. At least there are more than 200 countries that are battling the corona virus outbreak with the death toll reaching hundreds of thousands of people. In humans, coronaviruses cause generally mild respiratory infections, such as colds, although some forms of disease such as SARS, MERS, and Covid-19 are more lethal. The author uses a qualitative or descriptive research method approach. Research is intended to find the truth or justify the truth. The results and discussion of this research are that sociologically the approach taken by the Lurah Village Government in an effort to fight Covid-19 is by socializing about the dangers of the Covid-19 outbreak, giving an appeal to always maintain a healthy and clean lifestyle, to spraying disinfectants into homes the citizens. Changes in community behavior in the village of Lurah before and when the Covid-19 virus became very apparent. For example, the habit of residents to wash their hands. If previously residents were indifferent to personal hygiene and the environment, now they look more concerned. In conclusion, the Government of the Village of the Lumbar District of Plumbon, Cirebon Regency is considered quite successful in educating, inviting, and changing people's behavior, especially in implementing a healthy and clean lifestyle. Abstrak – Tahun 2020 merupakan tahun paling berat dan memprihatinkan bagi negara-negara di dunia, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Setidaknya ada lebih dari 200 negara yang tengah berjuang melawan wabah virus corona dengan jumlah korban meninggal dunia mencapai ratusan ribu orang. Pada manusia, koronavirus menyebabkan infeksi saluran pernapasan yang umumnya ringan, seperti pilek, meskipun beberapa bentuk penyakit seperti SARS, MERS, dan Covid-19 sifatnya lebih mematikan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif atau deskriptif. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk menemukan kebenaran atau lebih membenarkan kebenaran. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini yaitu bahwa secara sosiologis pendekatan yang dilakukan Pemerintah Desa Lurah dalam upaya melawan Covid-19 adalah dengan sosialisasi tentang bahaya wabah Covid-19, memberikan imbauan agar selalu menjaga pola hidup sehat dan bersih, hingga melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan ke rumah-rumah warga. Perubahan perilaku masyarakat di Desa Lurah sebelum dan pada saat virus Covid-19 mewabah sangat kentara. Misalnya saja kebiasaan warga untuk mencuci tangan. Jika sebelumnya warga acuh tak acuh terhadap kebersihan diri dan lingkungannya, sekarang mereka terlihat lebih peduli. Kesimpulannya, Pemerintah Desa Lurah Kecamatan Plumbon Kabupaten Cirebon dinilai cukup berhasil dalam mengedukasi, mengajak, dan mengubah perilaku warga terutama dalam menerapkan pola hidup sehat dan bersih.
Aktivitas pengelolaan informasi dan dokumentasi adalah bagian integral dari suatu kelembagaan atau organisasi. Aktivitas ini terkait langsung dengan fungsi manajemen puncak. Keterbukaan informasi publik adalah aspek demokrasi yang menjunjung tinggi kebebasan dan hak asasi manusia dalam memperoleh informasi yang benar. Upaya peningkatan pelayanan secara kontinyu dan pengelolaan informasi bagi instansinya, mendorong perasa serta masyarakat dalam menyuseskan program pemerintah, baik di tingkat desa, provinsi, maupun pusat. Pada jurnal berjudul “Fungsi Humas Desa sebagai Pengelola Informasi di Era Keterbukaan Informasi Publik” ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan metodologi penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dapat disebut juga dengan penelitian deskriptif, di mana data yang terkumpul lebih mengedepankan kata-kata atau gambar. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik purposive sampling terhadap pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi yang ada di Desa Kasugengan Kidul Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap perangkat desa difungsikan perannya sebagai humas desa atau pengelola informasi yang berkewajiban memberikan informasi secara jelas kepada masyarakat. Upaya mengembangkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan, perilaku, kemampuan, kesadaran, serta memanfaatkan sumber daya melalui penetapan kebijakan, program, kegiatan, dan pendampingan yang sesuai dengan esensi masalah dan prioritas kebutuhan masyarakat desa ini diharapkan menghasilkan kondisi masyarakat yang berdaya guna. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pengelola informasi di Desa Kasugengan Kidul telah mampu memberikan kontribusi positif dalam penyebaran program kerja pemerintah desa. Pemerintah pusat, provinsi, kabupaten/kota, desa, dan masyarakat hakikatnya memiliki tujuan yang sama dalam mengembangkan potensi dan pembangunan desa berdasarkan asas transparansi serta sama-sama melakukan pengawasan penyelenggaraannya secara partisipatif.
This research was conducted on students in Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon who were spread in 19 study programs using quantitative methods. The purpose of this research is to know how many effect of message intensity, media appearance and media content to the students behaviour , using social campaigns media in form of posters of raw materials for batik cloth waste. This research found that: (1) the effect of Message Intensity (X1) of safety riding social campaign media to the safety riding behavior of UMC students (Y) was 12.7%, (2)The Effect of Media Appearance (X2) of safety riding social campaign media to the safety riding behavior of UMC students (Y) was 29.2%, (3) The Effect of Media Content (X3) of safety riding social campaign media to the safety riding behavior of UMC students (Y) was 19.4%. The effect of Message Intensity (X1), Media Display (X2) and Media Content (X3) of safety riding social campaign media to the safety riding behavior of UMC students (Y) was 52.9%.
