The topography of the Regency of Fifty Cities which varies between flat, undulating and hilly is one of the factors that can cause foundation failure if there is no proper foundation type planning. The construction of the Ribath As Sa'ady Islamic Boarding School is one of the objectives of the RPJP (Long Term Development Plan) of Fifty Cities Regency, namely DP IV (settlement development area). To assist the government in realizing the RPJP, it is necessary to analyze the carrying capacity of the soil to determine the type of foundation that is suitable so that construction failure does not occur. This study uses the CPT (Cone Penetration Test)/sondir test to obtain the Conus Resistance Value (NK) parameter in Kg/cm2 units, and the amount of adhesive resistance (JHP) in Kg/cm units. The two parameters above are recorded for every 20 cm interval to a depth where the NK value is 160 kg / cm2, with a maximum depth limit of 13.80 m from the local soil surface, the recommended type of foundation is the type of deep foundation (Bore Pile)
This study aims to determine the criteria and presentation of the average value of the Posyantek Petir in the West Sumatra Province Achievement Posyantek Competition in 2021. The method used is direct assessment through field observations and surveys, as well as in-depth interviews with the "Petir" Posyantek management and the community. Secondary data were obtained from several literature sources, while primary data in the form of notes, documentation and physical evidence were obtained through an assessment instrument consisting of 6 criteria, 1) Organizations or institutions (25%), 2) Information Services (20%), 3) Fund Independence (10%), 4) Training (20%), 5) TTG development (15%), and 6) Use of TTG in the community (10%). Data were analyzed by formulating indicators and determining a suitable scale to determine an objective score/value based on predetermined criteria. The results showed that the percentage of the average value obtained by Posyantek Petir was close to the high criteria in categories A (86,7%), B (92%), C (83,3%), D (86%), E (80%) and F (85%). Posyantek Petir management still does not understand the main tasks and strategies of posyantek, and the TTG developed has not been in accordance with the needs of the community and has not maximized the potential of natural resources. In order for Posyantek to run in accordance with its duties and strategies, the DPMD needs to regularly monitor the development of all Posyantek in the Regency/City.
