The Ministry of Religion Affairs since early 2018 has improved and equalized Madrasah education in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This policy is to support the realization of the "Great Madrasah with Dignity". Covid-19 has also forced education to utilize technology in totality. This then requires madrasahs to carry out technology-based learning. So that educational technology is very intensely carried out until now. However, man 1 Malang's internal policy of prohibiting students from carrying handphones clashes with the central government's policy of using educational technology in learning. This study seeks to explain whether the policy of prohibiting handphones carries implications for the use of educational technology in Madrasah. The research method uses qualitative methods with data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed that the ban on carrying mobile phones hindered teachers from implementing certain learning models that required students to access information via the internet. So that MAN 1 Malang teachers must apply learning strategies and models that emphasize more on the student experience in everyday life.
As we know that Indonesia is one of the nations with abundant natural potential, which is caused by it’s adequate natural resources. These days, we are familiar with a lot of utilization of our natural resources, which one of them is mining. But if we see from day to day, this utilization term got misused by some part of company to hide their exploitation act towards the nature. Like the minning case that have been done by PT Indo Modern Minning Sejahtera (PT IMMS) in Lumajang regency, East Java. This minning activity got a lot of criticism from the citizens around the area because it is considered to conduce another natural problems caused by the lack of company’s management and attention towards its waste and former mining land, until an exhalation illness (which is in this case is ISPA) that infected many of citizens because of the pollution from mining activity. The rejection against this mining activity finally culminate to violence act from PT IMMS (by sending their people) towards two local citizens around the area. This article is rely on literature studies, which is the writer collect some trusted news related to this mining problem. This case was analized by using vertical conflict concept which put forward by Karl Marx, and then reviewed with social conflict in an organization.
