In order to improve the quality of education in schools, not only the role of school principals but also qualified teachers is very influential. The teacher has a duty as a teacher, and more than that, the teacher is an educator and value-adding mentor who guides and guides student learning. For this reason, teachers take an active role and establish themselves as high-performing professionals. Effective principal leadership is created when the principal has good traits, behaviors, and skills to guide school organizations and ultimately achieve good goals and effective quality schools. The aims of this study were (1) the influence of the principal and motivation on the performance of teachers at Rejang Lebong 1 Public Middle School, (2) The influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at Rejang Lebong 1 Public Middle School, (3) the effect of work motivation on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Lebong Rejang. The population of this study was all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, totaling 65 people. The sampling method adopts a national census. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) principal leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) principal leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance, and (3) work motivation has a significant effect. teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong.
Nowadays it is not uncommon for husband and wife to exchange roles, the wife earns a living and the husband takes care of the house and takes care of the children. In the end, a man put aside his nature in earning a living in the Islamic view. A husband's nature is to earn a living because women are created from ribs, which means that a woman's nature is to be guarded and protected. This research uses a phenomenological approach to analyzing. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the observations of researchers in the Kebondalem sub-district, Pemalang sub-district, they saw that most of the people there exchanged roles. The purpose of this research is to find out that it turns out that the exchange of roles between a husband and wife can occur due to environmental influences and the lack of jobs.
The principal is a leader or mentor at the unit level of the school who is responsible for the success and failure of the school he leads. Principals are required to have various competencies, both related to administrative affairs, in order to develop and advance their schools effectively, efficiently, independently, innovatively, and productively. This study aims to describe and examine more deeply how principal management and principal management steps in improving teacher professionalism. For this type of research is qualitative research with a case study design taking data sources on principals and teachers through observation techniques, interviews, and documentary data collection. This data is analyzed then in the form of data analysis, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the management of the principal at MA Muhammadiyah Rejang Lebong consisted of planning, implementing, supervising, and organizing. The principal is a leader in an educational institution whose function is as an educator, manager, supervisor, motivator, and innovator. The management steps taken by the principal are to carry out supervision, then the order that always used to support teacher discipline in terms of time, administration to see the learning equipment to be used, and reward teachers who take part in competitions, motivate and encourage continuing education. The supporting factors for the principal's management in improving teacher professionalism can be caused by the fulfillment of funds, teaching staff, sufficient students, discipline, motivation, and a conducive environment, while the inhibiting factor is that there are still many honorary teachers who have not been certified compared to civil servant teachers.
