O estudo buscou fazer uma revisão sistemática de literatura sobre o tema juventude rural e economia solidária, tendo como objetivos: compreender o estado do conhecimento sobre juventude rural e economia solidária, com destaque para a perspectiva das experiências formativas; identificar as principais perspectivas analíticas dos estudos e pesquisas selecionadas; destacar os principais fatores condicionantes que entrelaçam juventude rural e economia solidária; e verificar em que medida tem se dado as experiências formativas da juventude rural no âmbito do trabalho da economia solidária. A pesquisa é de caráter bibliográfico, nos moldes da revisão sistemática de literatura. Foram utilizadas como bases de dados para a pesquisa: Google Acadêmico, Scielo, Periódico Capes e Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações. A partir das etapas de leitura dos títulos, resumos e texto integral foram atribuídos critérios de inclusão e exclusão dos trabalhos, sendo selecionados nove trabalhos no total. A análise dos textos considerou: os fatores que interferem nas articulações entre juventude rural e economia solidária, e a compreensão desta como opção ou alternativa para os jovens rurais; vivências, experiências e práticas dos jovens rurais no âmbito da economia solidária que se expressam como processos formativos; saberes e valores construídos e fortalecidos pelos jovens rurais a partir da inserção nas experiências de economia solidária. A partir dos dados analisados é possível afirmar que a família, as cooperativas, as escolas família agrícolas e os processos produtivos são vistos pelos jovens como uns dos principais aspectos que têm contribuído na interferência de permanência e sucessão dos jovens rurais. ABSTRACT: The study sought to carry out a systematic literature review on the theme of rural youth and solidary economy, aiming to: understand the state of knowledge about rural youth and solidary economy, with emphasis on the perspective of training experiences; identify the main analytical perspectives of the selected studies and research; highlight the main conditioning factors that intertwine rural youth and solidarity economy; and verifying to what extent the training experiences of rural youth have been taking place in the context of the work of the solidarity economy. The research is bibliographical in nature, along the lines of a systematic literature review. The following databases were used for the research: Academic Google, Scielo, Capes Journal and Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. From the steps of reading the titles, abstracts, and full text, inclusion and exclusion criteria were assigned, with a total of nine works being selected. The analysis of the texts considered: the factors that interfere in the articulations between rural youth and solidarity economy, and the understanding of this as an option or alternative for rural youth; experiences, experiences and practices of rural youth in the context of the solidarity economy that are expressed as training processes; and the knowledge and values built and strengthened by rural youth from their insertion in solidarity economy experiences. From the analyzed data, it is possible to affirm that the family, cooperatives, agricultural family schools and productive processes are seen by young people as one of the main aspects that have contributed to the interference of permanence and succession of rural youth.
